It'd be nice if they opened at an earlier time like tropical smoothie. Itd be nice if an employee could click their headset on after they watch you pull up to the drive through to tell you that they don't open at the same time on the weekends. 7 every weekday but Saturday is 8? Waste of time once again.If you come here make sure Gary or Cam is here or you might as well leave. No one wants to pay $$$ for a smoothie that is half blended. . .Gary and Cam are hard working people who will give you amazing service. It makes sense why no one else here ever looks familiar.

This place doesn’t sell smoothies. They sell slurpees full of ice. We ordered extra fruit but there was nothing but ice in it. I request people not to make the mistake of buying anything here.
Can I order with little or no ice?The service is always good. Gary is super helpful. BUT the smoothies are too much ice. I got a large and it was literally all ice. There is no way there was more than 1 cup of fruit in the 40oz. Should be 4 cups minimum for that size. It’s more akin to a slurpee flavored with fruit juice rather than a smoothie. Falsely advertised product. Jamba Juice was sued for this same thing.And I paid for extra banana so there should have been even more fruit
My first time in Smoothie King and Tyler, one of the managers was so mean and irritated by me asking questions. I explained to him this was my first time. He was very unprofessional. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location. The smoothie was good and the staff was very friendly.
Maybe next time ask if there’s anything else rather than give a total and pull up…. And don’t talk about pregnant employees who didn’t last more than a week…especially in front of a pregnant customer.or any customer while working the window.
First time coming to this place and they have terrible customer service . The young lady caught a attitude because we wanted to switch a 40z smoothie to a 20 oz. At this point if you can’t do your job just stay home .
Favorite smoothie chain, and this location in particular is awesome. Gary works hard and made my smoothie just right, he is courteous and polite and extremely professional. Will be coming back.
12/12/21 5pm walk into lobby and they tell us the lobby is closed and have to use drive through or online order.. 3 people standing around behind counter tho.. why is the lobby door open and no signs saying not open?? Won’t be back.
