If it’s not more than a couple hours before closing, don’t plan on eating here. They consistently are closing early for the day and will prioritize online ordering over the people standing in line in the actual store. Sandwiches are great if you can actually manage to get one.
they put the the wrong sandwich in the wrong bag. we had ordered 2 sandwiches and my sandwich came in the other persons bag, who i ordered with
These were ordered through their mobile app and personally picked up. I was so disappointed I called the store and was informed by the manager Christian that she personally made this order. The pictures speak for themselves and show a total lack of care and consideration.
Tasty flavorful food! Great deals! Bought lunch for my whole staff because it's great food and I could afford it!

Place is absolutely horrific, the food is NEVER done and they’re slow as HELL, they’re rude when you get snippy with them about why your order is 45 minutes behind/late, but they can move their orders fast if you’re ordering in store, but not mobile orders. They’re so rude here.Point is, you can’t run a business being slow and incompetent.

Ordered Thurs. evening and another customer was extremely rude, yelling at the staff, b/c you were slammed with online orders and she didn’t want to wait. The team handled her impatience, entitlement, and rudeness well. All of our sandwiches were correct, and delicious, and we didn’t have to wait long. Thank you!
It's been some time since I've visited a Potbelly restaurant. My sandwich was so delicious that I've now added Potbelly to my lunch rotation.
