You customer are something else, first off rather you want to deal with the reality or not ...we are unfortunately under staff as we constantly informed customers of that. Most of you are not concern about that, which is fine...but with that being said... something come up a little short at times. That coffee goes as quick as we put in n it take 5 minutes to make. Unfortunately some of us employees are doing more than one job at a time, but certain customers are just some nasty and not understanding about our situation. PANERA BREAD NO LONGER HAS DRIVER, yet u all don't pay attention to that at all n it's ridiculous. Also, customer u have your faults ... pandemic or not, half of u don't even wash your hands coming out the bathroom. The woman are so nasty it's a shame to go in there after you all, it matches your attitude! Stop coming in and leaning your nasty arms or coats on the corner where food is service, that's is so rude n disrespectful.. n for some reason you all think u have the right to enter a restaurant n act n be nasty. Get yourself together before you go out and eat n judge other people working in a difficult situation to continue to service the public

This Panera is absolutely awful because it’s employees do not care about any aspect of their job. They are consistently out of coffee and many other things. The food is made in an extremely sloppy manner. Twice I’ve ordered a wrap and it was a sloppy unfolded mess. THE WORST PART is the staff! I let three people know there wasn’t any coffee and no one did a thing about. One of them made a sarcastic comment that ‘people drink coffee and it goes empty’. Yes, we all know that people drink coffee, the difference is that someone is supposed to refill it. Thank goodness every company isn’t ran like this or things would come to a complete stop. I contacted corporate and notified them. Hopefully something will be done. They offered me compensation but I refused. I only want them to correct the issues.

Good food, Roseville, MI location-not sure why they even opened that day, they were out of Turkey could not order Turkey Bravo sandwich. Had no chicken could not order Fuji Apple Chicken salad, apparently I got a "Free" Rice Bowl, couldn't even get that as they were out of rice. Went to the location in front of Oakland Mall in Troy ordered what I wanted, no problem. Weird day for sure

Went to this location this morning for bagels for my nursing staff this morning. My order was not ready when I got there. The whole entire staff was very unprofessional. My entire experience was horrible, and to make the matters worst I got a text saying that my order was ready and it wasn’t. You have employees rapping in the front and in the back. Telling customers we don’t have cashiers here in a rude way I was very disappointed with my visit today. Today will be my last time coming to this location ever again. They are messing up the Panera brand at this location!

I joined the unlimited club. $8.99 a month. I figured how can I go wrong. I’ve been about 7 locations. One is worse than the other. Sandwich was a mediocre sandwich. And the coffee is horrible. But the location in Royal Oak on Woodward is absolutely horrible. Barely any meat on my sandwich. $11.54 for a sandwich. Walk across the parking lot to Bucharest. Much better sandwich. Wouldn’t pay five dollars for sandwich at Panera bread. It’s horrible. Like I said the best Panera that I’ve ever been to was mediocre at best. Wayover priced and not very good coffee. if I could give zero stars I would for this location in Royal Oak and all the other ones are not much better. Panera is horrible as a company.

Fast service. Online ordering is easy and they have a digital screen in the store that lets you know where your order is in the queue. Thanks for adding almond milk to the coffee station.

I’m not normally someone who writes bad reviews, but my experience here was pretty awful. Panera is a chain restaurant, so you’d expect their food to be uniform no matter which location you visit. This was their version of the Green Goddess Cobb Salad. With the little amount of lettuce that was actually in the bowl, most of it was brown and wilted already. Nothing fresh about the meal, and it just didn’t taste right. Top everything off with spending the night sick in the bathroom and all I can say is I would never recommend going here.

My husband and I decided to grab lunch today from this location… first issue was after placing a Togo order on the app and entering the restaurant to retrieve the order it still was not ready (even though the app said ready). After getting to our destination we both decided to eat and upon bitting into our sandwiches we discover the chicken was not full cooked (can you say salmonella! Not to mention I am 8 months pregnant!) so now we have spend good money for nothing because they both had to be thrown out. I wanted to let the manager of the restaurant know so I decided to give them a call on to be hung up on twice and for no one to answer the phone for the last 2 hours! Such poor service and such a poor experience. Please make sure your food is fully cooked before leaving!

We stop here for a lunch. After seeing ? our family ? ❤ member at hospital ? ?. Really good food n nice people working here ?. We decided to order broccoli ? ? cheddar ? bread ?bowl ? soap n Asian chicken ? salad ? with a cup of broccoli ? soap n water ? beverages ☕ ?. I really think there should be a little more chicken ? n the Asian salad ? ?. Besides that everyone n everything was great! Check ✔ it out for yourselves. Be kind to one another ✨ ? ❤

I had the worst ? meal there today. And when I called the Royal Oak Panera, no answer. I tried 2 times. I ordered you pick 2. It was 2 half turkey, avocado BLT. 1 without bacon. I got bacon but no tomato no avocado no lettuce, no sauce on both sandwiches. It was basically meat and cheese...That's it. No thanks. I've had problems with the Royal Oak Panera, but I decided to try it again. Never again!
