Quick fast food Chinese. Standard fair, primary chicken items with sauce on them. The only bad thing is no soup for you.
So glad to find out dining room was open (as I drive a box truck). Plenty of parking, polite staff, and quick fulfillment of order. Thank you!
I can tell they are doing their best. They asked me to come in to make my order quicker, I did, it still took a few minutes but their service was fun and professional so it made the wait better.
Just went through drive through had to repeat ourselves many times. Ordered a plate with orange chicken and beef and broccoli. Didn’t even get the chicken. If this is what I wanted I would’ve bought a bowl. Won’t come here again. Terrible service, terrible experience.
I finally had the opportunity to dine-in at this location and I am so happy I did. The restaurant is so clean and beautiful and the staff was phenomenal! It’s so rare to see somewhere with happy, smiling staff, especially during a staffing shortage. So beyond impressed.
This was my first time trying the new panda express. It is closer to my house so I was excited when they opened. Unfortunately they give tiny portions compared to any other panda express I have ever been to. One of my sides was not what I asked for. They told me that one of my sides would be a 5 minute wait and they would bring it to my car. More than ten minutes later I had to go inside and get my food. The woman who helped me had to walk to the back and get it. I wouldn't have went through the drive through if I wanted to come inside. The noodles were dry and the almond chicken had almost no sause on them. Go to your normal panda express.
Worst Panda Express. I been eating panda for over 20 years and I was very excited about this location. The portions are less the half of any other locations and chow main has so much cabbage that you can’t see the noodles. I kept going for few weeks and when I told them they were not happy or listing. Avoid this location
At these prices they better start giving better portions. Very disappointing ?
The service was quick and friendly. My kung pow chicken was very flavorful. My kid's chow mein didn't taste like much to me, but he was happy with it. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean, which seems worthy of a mention these days when everyone is short-staffed.
It’s hit or miss. When they first opened everything was great. For 2 Tuesdays in a row I have had problems. Last week they were out if the orange chicken and the lady was very emphatic about “we’re closing soon” even though it was literally 1h before they closed and this week the drive-thru was closed (and I happened to go at 8pm again, that’s the time I leave school). However when they are open and have the orange chicken, service is decent and food is good :) I do not love this location, but I’m sure they’re still adjusting. I like that it’s close to home but they need to improve, will give them another try sometime next week
