The food is always amazing. The front counter staff was nice. Our order was not called out when they knew we were waiting and our food was sitting for at least 5 or 10 minutes while we were in a rush to leave. Our order was missing an item and I asked one of the staff about it and I hardly got any acknowledgement that I even said anything. They got the item for me and set it on the counter without any words of apology or thank you for waiting or anything. I will come back for the food but wouldn't come back for the service staff.
Amazing! Staff is always so friendly and helpful. Food is hot and tastes fresh every time! Staffing shortages have for sure taken their toll but the workers there are great! One girl there (Angel) lives up to her name, complete angel! Such a light of sunshine walking in and being greeted by her! Will be returning and recommending to everyone!
Very surprised by the level of service and quality of the food. Both were excellent. Manager was on point walking around the dining area constantly cleaning and checking on customers. Will definitely be back!
I had no issues with the food. Only problem I had was that the person taking my order at the time was very short with me and distracted by the phone. Had to knock off a star for that. They do have an excellent Boston cooler here.Manager apologized to me and was nice. Someone else told the manager what was going on. I may go back but it'll be awhile.
Gyro was not hot the soup was hot and the snackers we're hot... Overall th2 food was sub par!!!
I ordered online and they didn't provide everything I ordered..I called and the manager, Victor was pleasant and apologized. He also gave a credit on my card for the missing item. Great customer service.
I just ordered a Veggie olga and I’m I. My lunch break from work. I get back to work and find that my veggie Olga is not in my bag. There is a chicken olgla in my bag. I called and no one wants to answer the phone and I have no time to go back up there beci am on my lunch break. I am very dissatisfied in the service tonight. I want my veggie olga!!
They gave my kids - no joke, 1 chicken tender each! Somebody working there went to the trouble to put 1 chicken tender in the cartons and close it up, like "that should do it". Luckily we have chicken in our freezer so our kids could eat. Not worth the hassle to call and demand a refund. Just not ever going back. Used to love this place... Shame. The food we did get was decent, only reason not one star.
Use to love Olga's. This time it sucked, the sandwich was not good. Spinach pie, not good, and that was after ordinary on-line, and then having to wait another 25 minutes after I got there.
I love the food here and left a positive review but was short on time so all I did was write it 4 stars and I got back a thank you for my review not quite sure how to take that
