One of the worst dinning experiences I've had. Register didn't work so you have to order using the app, which didn't work for my wife so I used it and it took 5 min to figure out. 5 people working, 2 people eating in restraunt, at no point did anybody say anything to us besides 'Aaron',, that was when our order was ready. They were doing nothing but checking their phones. I'm sure this place will be permanently closed soon.
I literally just ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup with a side soup. I've never been to Noodles & Company in my life so I thought I would give it a try since I wasn't feeling well and needed soup (someone else picked it up). My bowl of soup wasn't even full. It had about 4 noodles in it and two pieces of chicken. I was able to pour my side soup inside the bowl of soup and it didn't over flow, not even to the top of the bowl. I called, the phone just rang and rang and then it hung up. I basically paid $11 for broth. Guess this will be my first and last time here.
I ordered from them today and asked for it to be delivered. The soup I ordered was not in the bag. I called Noodles and Company and of course all they could offer was a refund and I really needed the soup for my sick daughter. After further inspection I noticed that I did not get the right amount of meatballs I PAID FOR! I paid $5.78 for 10 Korean BBQ meatballs and they sent me a bowl with 5 meatballs. Then when you call them nothing is ever their fault. When you pay for food, taxes, delivery fees, and tips you expect to get everything you paid for; Ijs.
Awesome quick food. The noodle joint 50 feet from this place is closed. Don't mix the two up, you'll miss out on some good eats!
My roommates and I ordered from here the other night. Their online system was down so when I got there I had to reorder, pay, and wait. They were pleasant about it and even gave us a free entree for our troubles! Food was amazing as always! I'm obsessed with the Pad Thai and Mt roommates love the Mac and cheese!
Horrible customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could. Went there last night at 8:35pm and was told their system was down. The young gal at the register told me I could still order online and pay for it, she just couldn't ring me up. As I started to order online, a girl from the back came out and said they already started cleaning up. I asked what time they closed and she said 9:00. I asked if I could still order since it was only 8:35. She looked at me like I had 2 heads. She said "no. We already started cleaning up." Lazy. Stay away from this location.
Terrible customer service! Stay away from the Royal Oak location!
Placed an order over the phone put my card info.. get there at 1pm and they are closed, already too out of my bank. So what the hell? Permanently closed like how many people have they done this too?
do not recommend, if you really have a taste for noodles and company i’d suggest going to the one on hall road. the way this location serves and prepares there food is not it. i ordered a chicken alfredo with extra chicken and received a PAD THAI with a small portion of chicken just cut into bigger pieces, keep in mind the extra chicken is $3.50 i also ordered a garlic cream tortellini and there was a hair on one of the noodles, none of the workers has hair nets and it doesn’t help that there’s usually more than 3 workers behind the counter at a time all hovering over the food. this place is very careless go the extra mile to get your money’s worth. i won’t be returning.
my friend lost their airpod and they returned it when we went back. very cool. tortellini is also stellar.
