One if my FAVORITE salad places. Big fan of the Mt chalet salad as well as their Maurice! The pretzel breadstick is bomb.
Great service!! Food was awesome and the Truffle fries were everything!! I know it's summer but too many flies inside had to keep fanning them away. I did get a carry out for dinner another time. Thanks.
The experience was wonderful. Our waitress was wonderful and on top of everything. We had my 1year old nephew with us, she was amazing with interacting with him. I got there house bbq wings and they were the best wings I've ever had! The bbq sauce was the perfect amount of sweet and tangy. Definitely will recommend this place to people to go to lunch or dinner. And will be coming back again!!
Food is great! Far better than what you'd expect at a bar. More gourmet in taste & presentation. Only thing I don't like is it's very loud. Music is up high, so people have to talk even more loud to be heard over the music! Plus it's got a high ceiling which amplifies the cacophony of sound!
Great place for burgers.I enjoyed everything I had here. Their wings were good as well as their fries. The burgers were my favorite part. The prices are fair and the service was good. The place is really loud though. You can barely hear the person next to you or the straight piped Mustangs on Woodward.Overall: 8.3/10
We’ve been coming for a few years. It’s pretty good. We stop in every 6 or 8 months for lunch or dinner. The food is always good. The service is hit or miss. Not terrible, just not 5 star worthy.
The brisket sliders and chicken nachos were so good. Did not have any photos this time. Will definitely be back
Everyone I know comes here because the food and service is awesome. Take a moment to ask about the servers and bartenders and you’ll feel like you’ve made a new best friend!! Personally I love the apps and tacos. Chicken tenders are also 10/10!!We LOVE the atmosphere of the patio especially in the winter. We’ve always had great service, especially when things have been tight for them due to pandemic, etc.DDD vibes with small town character. Don’t sleep on mt chalet!!!!!
My experience here was dissapointing but I'm not surprised. It seems like humanity, decency, and respect have no place in American culture. I walked in mid-afternoon during a not so busy time. The bar tender and two waitresses all made eye contact with me and then with each other. No one made an effort to greet us or to sit us at a table, so we sat ourselves. Instead of the waitresses bringing menus or water or saying anything, they talked amongst themselves and cleaned tables. It did not seem imperative that they clean tables at that moment because there were at least eight other clean tables and there were no customers waiting. It wasn't until two other customers walked in and they greeted them promptly along with bringing them menus. one waitress then reluctantly brought us menus and threw them down at the table while saying "here you go kids". Well, I am 43 and not a kid. After being ignored, discounted, and disrespected, we left. My money is the same color as the other customers who were receiving attentive service. I wish these places would just say what it is with giving different customers disparate service.
The carryout Maurice was ready when they said, and the breadstick was actually good. The salad was small for $15, and nothing was julienned. Just teeny bits of cheese, ham and chicken shreds, when for full flavor, it really should be turkey. Their Maurice dressing tasted more like a tartar sauce, so I guess we just don't like their version of a Maurice. Lettuce shredded so small it was hard to stab anything with a fork to eat it. Luckily we had spoons, so we ate the finely chopped salad with those.
