I really enjoy going to mod bc of how friendly it is to individuals with dietary restrictions. Each time I’ve been, Micah has been nothing but nice, welcoming, and made a damn good pizza. I get the mega dough and ask for it well done. Miles gets it perfect every time. I’ve been to other mods, gotten the mega and it’s too doughy or not cooked through. But when miles is in charge, it’s always perfect! Thanks!
Always messing up orders. Meanwhile staff has time to stand around doing nothing. The manager is also a liar who offered me a piece of saran wrapped chocolate cake and said he “couldn’t issue” me a refund after I had to drive my delivery order back to the restaurant last time. This was my first time back after 2 months. They handed me the wrong pizza l, told me they didn’t have any more diced tomatoes but with 2 people leaning on the counter they couldn’t cut the tiny sliced end pieces that they put on instead and still didn’t make my pizza correctly. They also close when they feel like it - tonight it was 11 instead of the posted 12:30 am online. Don’t trust this place. There’s plenty of other pizza places with these same options. Maybe pay your employees more so guests could experience actual service.
This is my go to Mod pizza. I live on Detroit so you should know I mean it lol. Food is always good, they really put love in your pizza. It's a few employees I really enjoy and make your experience pleasant Can't remember the ladies rn now but my recent visit Micah, Vance and Jared were a delight and gave us some good laughs. I wish I could review you guys every time I go!
I mean it good but it's not $18 good. I would hardy consider it a pizza. I would suggest buying a real pizza somewhere else for less money.
I ordered a delivery online, set up address correctly, all that stuff. Paid, then I get a notification that my pizza will be ready for pickup. Well, I can’t leave work, so I call.Told them on the phone what happened, response was we can’t make that a delivery now. It was originally a delivery, never a pickup. Oh well was their response. We can cancel the order they said. Yes please, cancel my order.Charge was never reversed. I’d love to review the food, but after this experience, I doubt I’ll ever try again.Oh, and MOD pizza. Can you refund me please.
The food here is great. Custom pizzas in just a few minutes? — hard to argue with that. But, the best part is the staff. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They say hello when you walk in the door and goodbye as you leave, where other places seem like the people working are half asleep. I recently discovered MOD and I’ll continue to go back.
Staff is very friendly just wish pizza was cooked better and more well done and crispy. pizza was doughy. But overall good service.

Love this place. Always staffed with young people and they're consistently friendly and good at their job. Food is great, too!
