Well appointed restaurant but you have to use the kiosk to place your order . . . And it's not easy! My breakfast was okay.

Had to go inside to get my mobile order after waiting 15 minutes. The app said thank you for picking up your order when in reality nobody ever brought it out. I had to go inside to get it. This location is very slow and the workers are extremely rude.
I dined inside. Food was okay. I asked for 1 refill of my pop and was told no. I have never in my life been to a restaurant or fast food place that does not allow at least 1 free refill. I won't be coming back.
Just left the drive thru after the employee was very impatient and rude. They put us on hold multiple times while taking our order and spoke to us like we were an inconvenience. The third time we were put on hold, we decided to leave the line. Sad.
Slow service and not too friendly nor personable. The food took a longtime for a fast food restaurant. The bathroom was not too clean. Disappointed. McDonald's has menu has declined. No healthy options anymore.

During the dream cruise owner threatened me with physical violence (let's go out back and fight) just because I want to go back inside after making my purchase and then going outside to get a seat to watch the cars. I found no seats available and wanted to go in to sit and eat what I had just bought. I filed a complaint with corporate and all they do is send your complaint to the franchise owner... The guy that wanted to fight me.Seriously, I'm not making this up or exaggerating. I should have called the cops over as there were witnesses, but, I took the high road.
