I've been here several times, the crew here is rude and unprofessional. I once went in the young lady texting on her phone for 5 minutes gave me and attitude when I asked for my drinks will never go there again. The worst part is the manager watched her the whole time
The staff was nice and the food was hot. The chicken sandwich was good but I think it was a little fatty. But I'm glad you had the frozen coke really enjoyed that. Always the fries is STILL on top. ???
Everytime I come my order is never right. The past few times I have to go to the drive thru reserve spot and it takes a while to get what I need. They are usually nice and apologetic but it is exhausting. Yesterday I immediately got sent to the drive thru reserve spot with only one car behind me. I waited 10 minutes and only received half my order. I told the woman I was missing items and she went back in. I waited another 10 minutes with no one coming out. I went in and was ignored for over 5 minutes until I said excuse meultiple times to the same person that came out. I asked if she was getting the rest of my order. She said "huh? I'm busy" and before I had a chance to respond another worker asked if there was a problem. I told him what I was missing and he got it for me and apologized for the inconvenience.
Hours state this location closes at 10:00 pm. However EVERY time I pull up to the drive through between 9:30 and 9:50 they are already closed. That’s ok… I’ll take my money to Taco Bell… they’re open.

Just went through drive. Each person at each window very very rude. They just slam window in face. They don't tell you have a good day nothing. They litterally say nothing. Also when I asked for ketchup and salt. Guy at window today like 20 min ago gave me 2 ketchup packets. For 2 large fries and 2 happy meal fries. An pepper instead of salt!!! This is not how you treat customers period!!!!
I come here more than I should and have never had a problem. Order is always correct and drive thru lane goes quickly.
Wait times always very long. I have been here several times and their ice cream machine has ALWAYS been down. Tonight they said "we aren't serving shakes at this time." If they don't have a functional ice cream machine they should turn off their glaring SHAMROCK SHAKE" light.
Food was piping hot the employee was friendly and I didn't have to wait long to get my food
They move the line fast, I’ll wait for fresh food in 2022 I hate paying for something and can’t eat it. Please keep up wit the times on y’all product. No way in hell I should get a stale muffin every time I come for breakfast. The quarter meat wasn’t made fresh I pray they wasn’t testing them for temperature before they handed them out to us muffins be hard as hell
