Good stuff, but my carry out wasn't quite ready when I got there and delivery sometimes takes 30-40 mins (not exactly freaky fast). Also they've been out of chips for weeks...??
I didn’t intend on leaving a review because I was trying to be graceful about their slow delivery time, but it’s AWFUL.First time: we tried ordering through DoorDash. Order kept getting pushed back with no explanation. We decided to order through the JJ app in case that order got cancelled. No…they just arrived at the same time about an hour later.Fast forward to now. I place an order at 4:09pm on the app for two subs: turkey tom and JJBLT (both of which come with mayo)…at 4:48pm, I get a call from a worker who says they got a bunch of orders at once, they only have one driver, but he only has two more stops and should be arriving in about 15-30 minutes.Well, finally, at 5:39pm, we receive our sandwiches. My JJBLT of which has no mayonnaise. I’m pretty disappointed, especially considering I spoke to someone in the meanwhile. People don’t order Jimmy Johns for the food to be freaky late and wrong.
Twice over have I requested a modification to my drink (no ice) and twice, despite calling in and telling the person on the phone my preference, they gave me ice. They also added in some additional ingredients, that while were considered freebies, were unwelcome due to allergies. Unlikely to be returning here.Before you come at me, I prefer no ice because it's more drink. A third grader would be able to read the online order sheet and know not to put ice in the drink when requested.
Will no longer order delivery here. Delivery is unreliable. Multiple 60-90 minute deliveries. JJ should put estimated turnaround times in their app so we can plan.
Ask3d for one thing. No onions. Got onions..... not happy. No time to turn around. Thanks for the waste of 16 bucks for a sub!!! YES 16 DOLLARS!!!!!!! WTH
I don’t mind that you forgot my sandwich on the first delivery, but I would have appreciated the second one being correct.
Quick subs, easy service, and low cost as usual. Order was prepared quickly, subs were packed, and I was out in under 3 mins, even during dinner rush hours.
Horrible customer service I ordered a turkey sub and before I could tell them what I wanted on it they had already put what they wanted on it and then had a attitude about it when I corrected them I will not go back to that location mabe they don't want certain people at their location good luck with that
My work orders from here about every 10 days and the order is always correct, the food is fresh, and it's delivered in a very timely matter.
