They seem to take priority of take out orders over dine in customers. We stood at the check in counter for 10 minutes before being acknowledged while they called out to go order names over and over.Once seated the food was bland, overcooked hash browns, and overall awful.Will not be coming back
Silly me. Ordered takeout on Mothers Day. Besides the really long wait for my order the food was IHOP quality. Yummy! I ordered blueberry French toast, eggs, hashbrowns bacon. They did forget the blueberries but I digress.
Horrible customer service you can tell there's lack of communication between the workers. It took 30 mins to get a table when the restaurant was half empty. Waitress brought us to our table without checking to make sure table was ready and it wasn't. It was extremely dirty there were no condiments on the table and it took another 25 mins for a waiter to come to our table. Worse customer service ever. Then the waitress served another table that came in after us instead of accommodating the customers that waited the longest ....... Probably not coming back again
IHOP is your hop, new menu same food higher prices. I don't know what I expect from these restaurants food tastes the same prices are higher some things do change. In all fairness the food was good it's just didn't taste like anything I would pay for a second time. The staff was very pleasant and the waitress was attentive.
Excellent food with fast, prompt service. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Chyna was my server and she was very dedicated to helping me out. I haven't been here since June 2005 and services are a lot better now than the last time I was here!
We have been very impressed with IHOPs carryout service (we have not dined in). The reusable, double layered containers alone gives IHOP five stars for innovation. We haven't had any issues with service.We've tried most of their sandwiches and burgers. The onion rings are very crispy, even when cold. We love that pancakes are an option instead of fries.Of course we love their breakfast specials and their rotating seasonal pancakes (strawberries and Reeses!).
I love spicy food so I had the Spicy Publano. I asked the waitress to make it as spicy as possible. She came back and apparently the cook said "challenge accepted". One of the best Omelets I've EVER had. The service was great too. Our coffees stayed full. We had every condoment the place had to offer brought to our table. Great experience!
Our brunch was awesome the food was good service was very nice and a young lady who works there, I Believe her name was pronounced Mersena was doing several jobs at once from bussing tables to helping us out and seating customers she was above and beyond thank you we need more people like her, A people person. Love her job and make people want to come back.
The first time that I ever went to IHOP was in falk of 1969. And it was at this location. Service was great then with delicious food and it hasn't changed. Keep up your high standards IHOP on Woodward.
It was busy. We had to wait because the staffing was very short. But they managed to serve us a very good meal. I say they deserve 10 stars during these difficult times.
