Only problem I have is nobody's really speaks English when I go and nobody seems to know how to load my DD.. card so it's very frustrating
It's Dunkin Donuts, baby. It's exactly what you think it is. They fully deliver on the premise of being a Dunkin.Drive thru usually moves quickly unless there are huge orders ahead of you, which definitely can happen.The absolute worst part about this place is the parking lot. It's so small and there's like two entrances and one goes directly into the drive thru line, so if there's already a lineup, then they get thrown right in the middle of it. And the line goes through the parking lot which is cramped anyway. It's a mess, but not much can be done about it.
Highly inconsistent in making drinks. I still end up here 2+ times a week but find myself disappointed more times than not.
Fast friendly with sugar free ice cream that you cant tell is sugar free.
Food and drink made right. Drive thru machine broken. Have to go inside to get orders right. Better then most dunks overall!
Employees unprofessional and not paying attention. Employee who took my order was just standing around for a good 5-10 mins while I was waiting for my order and then said that I was the one who wasn’t ready and hadn’t ordered yet when he was the one who took my order!
I went in the store to get a donut. No line, just a guy standing behind the counter staring at the floor mumbling something. I think he was praying but after 30 seconds of him ignoring me I left.
took 30 minutes in the drive thru for 3 cars. i just got toast and a drink. didn’t start to make my order till i got to the window. had to ask me what my order was again and now i’m late to school for waiting in a drive thru for 30 minutes!? should be 10 minutes at most!
Very disappointed. I asked for a nutty donut and got a gooey something...it didn't taste like peanuts at all and was just not right.
The drive thru here is usually very good in the mornings and afternoons but once it’s evening and the shift switches, chaos.The young lady that works the evening shifts is often rude and there has never been a time my drink order is correct. I always, always have to send it back and even when it’s fixed it never tastes right.I personally would not bother coming here past 6pm. It is a waste of your money.
