Was a surprise sent to birthday party I was hosting by a guest who couldn’t make it. What a hit! Everyone was all over them trying little pieces of each - a fun and delicious addition!??
These cookies were so delicious. Me and the kids loved them!! Even though the cookies are really good, it’s still hard to eat the whole cookie in one sitting because they’re so big.
This is the greatest innovation I have seen with the world of desserts. Just like how cupcake spots have flooded NY I can imagine this flooding Detroit. They have amazing flavors that rotate I believe weekly so visit at least once a week :p They will literally ask you if your cookie is to your liking because that cookie is YOUR cookie and it has to be perfect. (It is ) and then they have ice cream too!!! Amazing!
Great cookies! Large, soft, and flavorful! Such a fun idea. Definitely can’t eat a full cookie on my own but they’re perfect for sharing and taste testing! So far, the Berries & Cream or the Waffle have been my favorite! Can’t wait to try more

I’m not impressed. I’m actually a little disappointed. The cookies are way too sweet. They gave me a cookie that was supposed to be served warm and it was hard as a rock. Nice employees.
Some good Cookies . Definitely are big enough to share with a second person . Fair warning they are very SWEEET . That staff is pretty good about greeting everyone as they walk In . Although one of the ladies I don’t think cares to have to ring people in . Maybe she was just having a bad day that day . Overall we’ll be back .
For sweet tooths! Very sweet and giant cookies. Love how crisp they are on the outside and chewy on the inside. Not fond of the frosting on the Oreo cookie. Provides allergen info.
I used the app to order 6 cookies, two milk chocolate chip, one honeycomb, two coconut white chocolate, and one peanut butter brownie. Crumbl did not disappoint! The peanut butter brownie cookie is what I tried first. The cookie was so moist and warm. It’s firm enough to hold, yet so soft when you bite into it. Unfortunately, I had to share with my niece who’s 3, which she by the way gave the cookie a thumbs up as she chewed it. I can’t wait to go back for more.
The customer service was great but I am not happy with the cookies at all. I purchased a variety of the flavors available, only one of the cookies out of 10 were cooked. All 9 of the other cookies still had practically raw cookie dough in the middle. I supposed because of the size of them, or possibly rushing to bake. The portions that my family did try, was extremely sweet. Couldn't make it through one cookie if we tried. I am happy I tried them out but I would not return.
