Hands down the worst Chipotle in the area. Never can get an online order correct. All my orders are skimped on every ingredient. When I’ve gone inside to place my order hoping that would make anything better they’ve just told me they have no food left to offer. I worked at Chipotle for 4 years and this is embarrassing.

Echoing the sentiment of many other dissatisfied reviewers, this is The Literal Worst Chipotle I’ve ever had the misfortune to stupidly order from. I have never once gotten the chips I ordered and paid for the half dozen times I’ve picked up my food. And the staff have NEVER once let me know as they gave me my bag.Tonight takes the cake, as I received the most pathetic burrito bowl I’ve ever seen. And I’m not being hyperbolic. Ordered white rice, black beans, red tomato salsa, red Chile tomatillo salsa, guac, and lettuce. No fajita veggies or cheese was available to order from the app. Received only white rice, black beans, and red tomatillo salsa??? And the guy at the drive thru didn’t think he should mention that to me either?On a previous visit, they gave me someone else’s order completely.I don’t know what’s going on back there but its starting to feel like they’re doing it on purpose. And the fact that customer service offers you a coupon(that always expires within the month) for a free entree or chips & dip instead of giving you your money back??I’m so TIRED of getting ripped off by this place.I guess it’s time to start going to Qdoba or something.

Looking for the worst Chipotle in MI? Look no further than this gem. In case the 200+ 1-star reviews didn’t convince you that this indeed is the worst Chipotle in MI, let me tell you what you can anticipate upon arrival. They won’t have half the menu, this a must and crucial to the experience. Cheese? Beans? Chips? Never, that would raise the experience to at least 2 stars. Surely online ordering is the way to go at this location. You are in for a treat my friend. Anticipate waiting at least an hour for your food, even though the app says it was ready an hour ago. You are probably thinking I had a couple bad experiences and this can’t be happening every time. Oh no, rest assured this is all day every day. Lastly the staff acts like its their last day every day. This makes for a great atmosphere and really ensures you have the 1 star experience you are looking for.

1-star 4/5/2022Literally, the worst Chipotle I've ever been to, and I gave this particular location so many shots. Always order double chicken and it's barely even one serving. The burrito bowl is always smashed to the side. They never give silverware even if you request it on the app. No fajita veggies like I asked for every time. Amount of food is always skimpy. Lastly, they always seem to have an attitude running off as soon as you get your order so you can barely ask for silverware and huffing when you do; Itsy like it's their worst day ever, and to be honest, that's ultimately why I gave them so many shots: because I thought the workers were literally having bad days every time I visited, but this is four visits in a row now. I don't get it. Franchise owner needs to crack down, because this is ridiculous. I, at the very least, want what I ordered and paid for even if everything else is going to be a horrible experience. 1* food accuracy; 1* food value; 1* service. Do not recommend. Will deter friends and fam.

Back again and the service and dining room are awful. No chips at dinner time. The server smashed my rice in my bowl. The shift manager coached an employee right in front of me while ordering. And trash all over, piling up! Ridiculous! Every time I come here! AND, they have 7 employees on a Sunday night. No one is working. On the phone, goofing around. Terrible, no matter what time of day. Zero stars if I could.

I’ll start with the good. The steak bowl I ordered was fantastic. I placed an online order to be picked up at 12:10pm. I got in line at 12:10 and was the first and only person in line. Bonus! Unfortunately I sat there for 15 minutes. 2 different people came to the window asking who the order was for. I told them my name. Sat patiently and waited because that what patient people do right?! Watching people walk up and leave with their orders was a bummer but whatever. My order finally came to the window at 12:25…with a line behind me she handed me the bag and just turned around and shut the window. Rude.

Believe all the other reviews, this chipotle is tragic. They botched both items I ordered so bad to the point they weren’t even edible. A burrito with “light rice” was 90% rice and only had scraps of meat, which by the way was chorizo when I ordered chicken. Ordered online so obviously didn’t see them make it. Also they were apparently out of chips and guac, I know there are a lot of supply chain issues right now, but that just added to the completely disappointing experience.

One of the worst chipotle you could go to for food. I sat more than 2 hours in lane for my order that was supposed to be ready an hour ago. I had a long 12 hour work day with no food. Do not go here.While the customer service refunded my money, I still went home with no food because when I reached the window, they handed me a bowl with beans and salsa only and told me they are out of stuff. I went home after having no food for 15 hours. Chipotle failed.

Recieved the smallest portion I've ever seen from a Chipotle. The burrito bowl container was barely filled to the top of the cardboard section. My order was missing the fajita veggies and tomatillo I ordered. Should've heeded the warnings from the reviews here. Definitely will go to a different Chipotle in the future.

I believe this store needs better guidance and new management. Who ever owns this store obviously doesn’t care about food safety. No gloves are being worn, service time was backed up 3 hours a couple days ago and almost every other day and ingredients are never finished by opening. Employees standing around the entire time while 40 customers are waiting for hours. Shut it down
