When my boyfriend and I went inside, it was online and pick up only. After waiting 15 minutes, the employees decided to open up the line for people to go ahead and order inside. So we ended up watching at least 30 people get their food, even though we placed our order online like they told us to. It doesn’t make sense. Not sure if there was a manager on shift, but even so, they should try to make it make sense…
They decided to open over an hour late with no sign or notices. There were people inside making food but ignored all of us waiting in the parking lot. The guy in the drive up window said they would open in 10 minutes but we waited for over 30 minutes after the fact. I sat in the parking lot forever so decided to make an online order for pickup and waited another 20 minutes for that. So overall, over an hour wait. No apologies, nothing. Terrible operation standards.
Horrendous. The pandemic has totally messed this location up.Placed an online order, but they randomly decided to close a few hours before they are supposed to?There's a phone number posted on the door explicitly for refunds. Don't call the actual store. But don't call that refund number unless you want to wait on hold or get a call back.... After midnight....What a mess. Can't comment on the food but based on the other reviews? It doesn't seem much better than the quality of service lately..
Nothing like getting trapped in a carryout drive through lane when you thought it’d be a quick pick up but you wait 45 in your car instead.Never coming back. Don’t waste your time thinking this will be a quick somewhat nutritious meal…my food was thrown together and I foresee this place closing just like Sonic did (the restaurant that was here before).
Literally the worst Chipotle experience ever. Took over 25 minutes for an online pick up order this evening. The employee was very rude and obviously annoyed with all the waiting customers. Its incredible how the quality and portions sizes have diminished tremendously.
Wow what happen? Your location before the pandemic the food was much better.Very disappointed your foods were mixed up in other foods containers Chicken was very mushy horrible taste I had to spit it out to make sure it was fully cooked.. I threw out the entire bowl.. The guy that put my bowl together was friendly. The quality is horrible. Will not return. Lost customer. 1 star due to friendly employee. Not his fault I'm sure he wasn't the cook.
This is my 5th time I’ve been visiting this location and every single time I barely find any clean table to sit down and eat like a normal person. I have to clean it myself prior of sitting down. I’m sick of this place. Makes me wonder if the food they make is prepared or stored hygienically but I honestly doubt it. Good luck pep
Very good to work if it the right color.Very good here. They have workers that are very rude to the customers if I was you, I would not order nothing online cuz u won't get anything you ordered. They just make it however they want

In my opinion I will never do an online order again. They seem to get backed up with online orders. It takes less time to just go in and order it.When you do go in to order the staff is nice and helpful.
