It was good and tasty! I ordered a 12pc but the chicken was very small pieces I remember getting large pieces with the buckets especially at $40.00!
Excellent service. Food was hot and made to order. Slight problem with debit/credit card payment machine but it happens. Employees were helpful with good attitudes. Answered questions that a first time had while I was in the store with no problems. He was very patient with the elderly customer. All you can ask for.Update 5.23.2022I tried the new chicken sandwich today. It was excellent. Comes with pickles, spicy mayo and lettuce. You can get the sandwich seperate or the sandwich in a combo. One of the better chicken sandwiches out there.
I’m not a huge fan of Chicken Shack because of other locations, but this one is super clean and the food is always really great. The buttery potatoes… amazing.
The food was outstanding and the staff so personable and accommodating! We loved the outdoor dining area. We will definitely return!

I worked late that day. Got there 26 minutes before closing and the service was good. My order was hot and correct and fresh . I appreciate the staff for making it a great experience.
I'm not from around here but I decided to go here. It was a huge mistake. I ordered a combo chicken dinner and combo chicken sandwich... they didn't come with drinks because it was "after 4" and they didn't have that posted anywhere. And they charge 80 cents for a small thing of BBQ sauce. They also forgot my order of green beans for one of the meals but the meal that had the green beans, they weren't even seasoned. The chicken was nothing special as well.
C’mon guys! I ordered the 30 piece wing meal like I have in the past from this restaurant,, not only has the wings gotten a lot smaller over the past year or so, but now you guys are putting the tips of the flat part of the wings as part of the meal??? Really!? You guys can’t be serious! I paid $46.00 for this meal. I gotta tell you it’s horrible! If you’re going to charge these prices at least care! Please don’t put the wing tips from the flats they’re useless and just shows you guys don’t care!! Anyways I won’t be returning!
Called earlier in the day to place an order for a couple of meals and were ready to be picked up as promised. Food was hot and delicious. Everything was correct. Staff was friendly.
