One of the best places for pizza and the 1st time I went the service was lacking. However it must have just been an off day because everytime we have went after that has been amazing.I've been a fan of Blaze since it was in Roseville and am never disappointed by what they give me. The pesto bread and make your own pizza is always great. Mixing and matching their many ingredients is one of the best things about this location. The ambience is nice and comfortable and is a great place to visit for any scenario or celebration.
Excellent pizza, but the best part was the service. Didn't catch the guys name but they had accidentally torn the pizza on the way into the oven which was fine but the guy I'm assuming was the manager came and gave us a few free cookies and I didn't even have to say anything. Nice guy glad we stopped in.
Usually this place is fine but whoever was working tonight made the most disgusting gluten free pizza I've ever seen. My friends food was absolutely inedible soup. The dough was so uncooked it stuck to the paper. Whoever made this needs a reality check. You are being paid to make food for hungry people. Put a little bit of care into your work.
They provided excellent customer service! Very fast and friendly! Our pizza was delicious and fresh.Employees deserve raises for how hard they worked especially Chris
Ashley, AJ, and Autum was super sweet. After 4 years of not visiting the downtown area I think I might start again because of this lovely experience.

I ordered and paid on the website yesterday 1/28/22, on the site it says it is open til midnight, it also says that on the door of the restaurant. I arrived at 11:40 to pick up the pizza to find the doors locked. I saw a worker and knocked and she said she couldn’t help me. I showed her I placed an order and she claimed they didn’t have it. I showed her that they charged my card and she said again she couldn’t help me. I went back again to see if I could get an employee name so they could let management know that I did not in fact receive the pizza I ordered and he was nice enough to give me his name. Somewhere along the way however someone changed my order status to picked instead of cancelled or deleted. I’ll be calling the store today in hopes of getting my money back but I’m extremely disappointed. The site should not accept orders if the restaurant won’t fill them, the sign says they close at midnight however at 11:40 the restaurant was cleaned and doors locked. In my few minutes of being there I saw 2 other people and a big group trying to get in, who knows how much money they lost by shutting down early probably because whoever was in charge that night didn’t feel like keeping it open.Edited to add: I spoke with the manager Autumn and she was extremely helpful and will be fixing the situation.
My Daughter wanted to take her friends out for her Birthday for food and a movie. With COVID, I wasn't sure what we could put together. We chose BLAZE in Royal Oak, Mi. on January 23, a Sunday. We didn't have a particular reservation but they could Not have been More Accommodating!!! The Gentleman who helped us was a Joy! The kids (12) had a Great time and walked to the movies after lunch. I am so thankful. Her Birthday is often "snowed out" but This Year, it was a BLAST!!! I will be back and add his name! The food and beverages are ALWAYS Good!
Change of heart from abad experience to a good one. James the store manager made my order from tragic to great. He tried to explain over the phone when the order is made it can't be changed but after a face to face conversation he showed empathy to my allergens and made my pizza with the preferred crust. This review is far from satisfactory because I got my way no no no this about great customer service and ppl caring about ppl. Thanks James sorry I couldn't tip the final price for the 2 11in were taxing a whopping $30?
Not a great experience, we were told dine in was closed at 8:15 even though they close at 11 and there were several other people still dining. Some of the staff was unprofessional and no uniforms or anything. The only bright spot was the woman serving the pizzas at the end was polite other than that not a positive experience.
