I have been to this location many times over the years and have always had a good ex pierience, however the last two times I have been majorly dissapointed . Today I got 4 classic roast beef sandwiches, the buns were stale and dried out and slightly burned on top. The meat was dry and tough. This happened last time also but I thought it was a fluke. I am sorry to say I am crossing this location off my list. People were very nice however so it is a shame.

Tried the Waygu deluxe hamburger. It was very tasty. The meat was good, but I really couldn't tell that it was Waygu beef.I really appreciated the short wait for hot crinkle cut fries! ????Yay!

Service was fast and efficient, and the food was good. Employee was courteous, but the cover wasn't put on the soda properly and it spilled. Also, there wasn't any napkins given with the order.

Just left this arby’s location. I ordered a large beef n cheddar meal with dr. Pepper and curly fries for myself. Also ordered a large dr. Pepper and some sides for my wife. I read my order to the employee at the drive-thru slowly and clear. I had to repeat my order multiple times since the employee couldn’t comprehend what I was saying. When I got home my order was not correct. I received little to no fries which were burnt to a crisp, two large diet cokes with ice filled to the brim not the dr. Peppers minus ice I had asked for, no sauces for the sides, and all this came out to 28$. I expect to have my order correct and to not have to repeat myself after I spoke clearly the first few times. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Plus the cheese sticks taste like a stale rubber tire that has been sitting in the sun for a year or two and the jalapeño poppers are like those ancient crumbs you find in the back of a dilapidated old restaurant booth!!!!!!!!!!

I love Arbys the one on Davison Rd in Flint Michigan has the Weirdest Driveway ever! Its like being on one of the rides at amusement park i always think im going to hit the curb. I wonder how many people got stuck in that that little tiny turn around.

Late night crab. Drive thru line, short and quick. The Arby Team were polite and friendly.? They were also ? up and wearing protective gloves? while preparing meals. Had the Classic French Dip and Swiss Meal (Crinkle Fries & Jamocha Shake). The meal was fresh and hot. Delicious all the way home.?

Fantastic food! Fries were hot sandwich was made just right onion rings were especially well and their ice cream machine was working!

It was so bad I think I've given up Arby's forever. The fries were burned and had a chemical flavor. The sandwich was cold. Half the bun was hard, the other half was soggy.I couldn't eat it.

This Arby's location had almost no wait time before getting to the speaker. The order was placed and we were asked if we wanted to wait for fresh fries which was nice. It didn't take long at all. Lady at the window was friendly and courteous. In this covid world, this location is always worth the wait but it's even better when there is no wait and no mistakes all with a smile

Like nearly every other place, Arby's seems to be suffering with the pandemic. Service & quality seems to vary greatly everywhere depending on which crew or management at the moment. The Arby's on 12 mile seems to maintain quality standards best at present but Woodward Arby's fluctuates between ok to poor, frankly.
