Excellent customer service highly recommend these guys over grub hub or Uber, door dash is good might be a tie with wok to you

i took down my last bad review out of hopes of giving this establishment another chance. The customer service has declined extremely and i am officially over it. I will never be using this service again.
Ms. Connie at "Wok to you" is the best when it comes to customer service. She is courteous thorough and such a delight to order from. The restaurants are lucky to have you.

This is a time that I never thought I'd have to do and leave a bad review for wok to you. I had placed an order using their services at 7:28pm when they do t close until 8:30pm. The person on the phone told me it shouldn't take more than 45 minutes to receive my food. Here it is, currently 9:00pm and I have not received my order. I have Tried calling wok to you from 8:45-8:53 you would think that they would have someone still answering phones for already made orders, instead someone answers the phone and immediately hangs up. This is one experience I never thought I would go through with this company
Food was delivered before time. The restaurant that made that made the FOOD was CHINA WOK. IT was delicious and hot like I like it. I LOT OF FOOD, EMO FOR THE NEXT DAY.

worst delivery experience of my life. you're better off ordering with doordash. phone reps - rude, disrespectful. over 2 and a half hours. no food. called to see where my food is - ordered wasn't even processed. but you had time to take my money.don't waste your time or your money. pick it up yourself or use doordash.
Over 30 years of using Wok to you...Aways great service.What I absolutely love is that if your order was not 100% and your experience was not 100% satisfactory...Owner goes above and beyond to apologize and make customer feel heard and cared about.Not many good hearts out there ..wok to you will always have my family and me as happy customers.Thank you for great service but also for caring and understanding.
