Welp. I gave this my last go. Do not order from here, every time i order it gets worse and worse, so this time I decided to go in to the store and order, hoping it would be better, It was the worst of all. I asked no sauce on anything.. sauce on all of my order 70$ and nothing was correct. half order of bone in and half boneless, we had 6 boneless pieces out of 50... On top of that the fries you can tell are twice deep fried old ones left over, and so salty I'm not even going to eat them. Wasted, time and money, going here again. Round #4 for you guys to be the golden ticket, but I'm done. You've lost a customer for good.
Listen, every since they opened their service, food and presentation has been bomb. But I go in there today, I ordered online, I get there they give me my order first if the food was cold secondly my fries was wrong. So I had to come back in and have them fix them ( I ordered jerk chicken fries which is so good) I always get traditional wings and they have for the most part been done right. But today baby they are barely coated who ever switched cooks please bring back the original person who took pride in what they were making and presenting to their customers to keep them coming back for more. I don't know if I'll be back at this particular location just because of that, I'm going to try the new location as soon as they open up.
Okay so it is more expensive than Buffalo wild wings-HOWEVER!!!! WELL WORTH IT! The wings seem to be hand breaded and you are getting more meat in the 8 pcs boneless meal than you would at BWW. The variety of sauces makes for ENDLESS combinations! Inside is very clean and the staff super friendly!!! Trying this place was the best decision we made! Now when I want wings this is where I am going. Oh, forgot to mention the amazing cheesecake selection they have! Carmel apple? Cookies and cream? YES PLEASE!
First, customer service over the phone was awesome. Very patient explaining the menu, location and etc. The appearance of the outside and inside was clean. However, the chicken wasn’t flavorful, they gave me majority drumsticks (8/10) really? Bathrooms were cleaned and filled. Staff was very professional and customer service was great!
First time here. I ordered, then watched 5 people that arrived & ordered after me get their food first & then leave. I had to go ask for my food that was ready, sitting there now cold. The lady at the counter tried to play it off as if she had not forgotten to tell us are food was ready about a half hour ago. When I finally got my order & was ready to eat. It was wrong. So I had to give it back to them to fix which took even longer. I wanted to stop and grab chicken in maybe 30 minuets. But spent an hour waiting and even longer to get it right
Garlic Parm and buffalo lemon pepper wings with Cajun ranch fries and the superman cheesecake ??Say less!!!!
The food was delicious! Wings were cooked perfect, the sauces incredible. Never had better fries. Can't wait to eat here again.

Their boneless wings taste like chicken tender that have been tossed in sauce. Also the chicken isn’t breaded well and is stringy. Gave 2 stars because their fries are amazing. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Picture 1 shows how big they are (chicken tender size) picture 2 shows no breading. Restaurant was clean and staff was nice.
Would given 5 stars but my last order was not freshly cooked. Chicken was old and cold called order in live around the corner so chicken should have been hot and fresh. Will try again order from there all the time first complaint
