Since they are about the only place in town to get food at 3am they're going be busy that's to be expected. White Castle has never been the fastest of the fast foods. But when the crave strikes they are the best of the fast foods especially since they're always open. No other fast food place can touch their sides or their sliders.
My husband wanted to stop for some double sliders......great stop.....the employees were nice and professional and the food was nice and hot. Whoever was running that shift knew what they are doing. White Castle never disappoint the anticipation of a good original slider. Love it!!!!!
Drive thru takes forever to get thru but the staff is pretty quick once they get your order. Accuracy is top notch here at This location. The sliders are fresh and if you know white Castle food then you already know what you’re getting into when you order a sack of 10 and some sides.
I'm am beyond disappointed. I just went to white castle excited about the 1921 burger only to get home to a piece tomato the size of penny and a soggy piece of lettuce. Not to mention my fries were so underdone, raw, they were literally still cold on the inside. I have posted pictures of how terrible it was.
This was a second site I went to. I am visiting in MI and heard how delish these burgers were. Yes they are great! But the counter help is horrible, rude and not welcoming at all. It was not busy, no customers in the dining area and maybe 2 cars in the drive thru, plenty of workers. The cooks were talking and laughing. The prior week I went to a different site and the same attitude. I emailed Corporate mentioning this. Not sure what if anything will be done..
Tried the chicken ring bacon ranch sliders and they were really good. Also got some jalapeno cheese sliders which are good as well. Always enjoy stopping at White Castle for a good crave.
Was excited to have the 1921 burgers!! Got 2 of them. Horrible didn’t taste like a White Castle at all. Small piece of cheese,tomato was a piece of a cherry tomato,no carmalized onion at all. Isn’t that the point of this “new” burger. Pass. Yuck??
Very mean staff at the drive through! Basically being condescending because I couldn't hear anything through the speaker. Definitely will not go there again!!!
The drive through girl didn't to my request at the window not only did she even care to I remained quiet since she wasn't listening I thanked her nicely anyway in hopes she have a wonderful day anyway when I drove off a mile down the road after disinfect. Y hand to grab a bite of the new 1920 sliders I had been given the wrong order dang ?oh well better luck next time I said to myself lol ????
Nope. Slow. Cold. Tasteless. And in drive thru line for 30 minutes. Still cold and order was still wrong!!!
