Horrible wait time. Unprofessional inside. Kept dine in Reaturaunt locked until after I got back in my car because and back in line. Only yo open doors after I get back in line. Then to let the other couple in and lock doors behind them. Unprofessional
Every morning i come here nd get ready to order they do not say hello or good morning theybjust say go-ahead with your order not professional at all and there in roseville wow!!!!...the manager isn't any better the service window be open and you can hear every conversation and who theh talking about. And at the end its never have a good day with a smile. Corporate needs to do a drop in on them
Their Ice Cap is delightful & good on a hot day. Love the chocolate drizzle & Whip Cream. Makes it perfect !

I was having an extremely bad day went to Tim Hortons and got an caramel ice cap with extra caramel. I don't know who made it but thank you so much there was so much caramel and it really helps me feel a little bit better!

I placed a Mobil order on Sunday and it let me as it said they were open both on the Mobil app and their web site. I went to pick it up and they were closed. There were employees inside so I pulled up to the drive thru window to ask what time they actually open but they refused to come to the window they just kept saying we're closed and laughing. When I came back 2 hours later my order was wrong and instead of making new drinks they just dumped them into a new cup. Most of the time they are really nice. But I will not be going back to this location.
