Absolute worst Tim Hortons in the area can't even get a order right I won't be back

1st they forgot my donuts, I had to send my daughter walking back to the window. Second I had two sausage egg McMuffin when I ordered bacon egg McMuffins. I called because I was heading to my kids school. The only thing that I was offered by the young lady was to return the sandwiches but I told her my kids will be late for school but, she didn't care. I didn't receive any type of compensation for this mistake.

This is the worst location in the area. They always get my order wrong. They try telling me its right but I get the same thing every day. Thus last time it was the wrong size and the girl at the window insisted it was right. But she "remade" it by dumping it into the right size cup and just adding more milk. I know this because I saw her do it. There was no way I was going to ask her to remake it. With her attitude I would be afraid to drink it.

This is a terrible Tim Hortons. I ordered a farmers breakfast wrap and a caramel cold brew. The breakfast wrap had some chipotle sauce on it and was terrible and the cold brew was just burt coffee they let sit and get cold before adding caramel sauce to it. No foam in the coffee. Even had black sediment at the bottom of my cup. When you call it pops up as a SCS number not Roseville and they don't answer and do not have an answering machine. Worst Tim's ever!!!

This is the worst Tim Hortons in the area. Order is always wrong and my coffee today was disgusting tasted like watered down three day old coffee.

I ordered a large Carmel iced coffee with extra Carmel and a shot of expresso.. it wasn't made right and there are coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup!

I placed an order online on 03/15/2022. After 30 minutes I pulled up to the drive thru and told the employee that I placed an order online. They told me to pull up to the window. There were four employees at the window and no other customers. My order was not ready. They told me that they had three DoorDash orders that were all canceled. I told them that I placed my order online, not through DoorDash. One of the employees walked to the window with a ticket/printout and gave it to the other employee at the window. She told me that I placed my order at another Tim Horton’s. I looked at the paper and told them that the order on that paper wasn’t mines. I assured her that I did not place my order at a different location and showed her the order number and restaurant address on my phone. They finally found my order. Another gentleman dressed differently from the other employees (possibly the manager) told me that they were out of an item that I had ordered. He told me that he could make me a sandwich instead. I agreed to a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a croissant. When I reached my destination, I had just two plain croissants! No bacon, no egg, and no cheese! I was so upset! I will not be returning!

The line waa very long so it took a while to get thru the drive thru. Finallu got oir ffod & there was my sandwich missing, a bagel & no napkins at all. I was definitely annoyed but i always try to be nice to customer service workwes bc ibeve been working in that industry for 15 yrs. I knoq Harding is mental & how alot of companies take advantage of abuses working employee..But all in all i LOVE Tim Hortons & my favorite drink is an Ive Cappuccino's with extra cream.

Employees were friendly and seemed happy to be at work! Which makes the experience that much better!! Happy I stopped here this morning

I come here every morning and get a coffee and hash brown they are always polite and they are very fast
