I love Tim Hortons but this experience was not the best unfortunately. My food usually is awesome & I love it. But my bagel was not good at all. It was old, had barely any cream cheese on it and forgot to toast it. I made sure I said toasted too.One thing that was delicious was my Iced Cappuccino! I asked for extra cream because most times if you do not then the iced cappuccino is not sweet enough. The employee made it perfect and added the extra cream like I asked so I appreciate it that very much.I hope next time I visit Tim Hortons there food will be fresh and delicious.
I had ordered a medium coffee with 3 sugars and 3 creams and I ended up with a cup of warm water. That was the day I stopped gong there I used to love this place but that one thing turned me off.. Makes me scared to drink anything from there now..
they open at 5 am. I pulled up at 5:10 am. I watched the manager with her headset on let me and 6 other cars waiting in line with all the lights on and her just watch us pull off after not saying a word to anyonethis is the by far the worst service ever.look at all the bad reviews, ?

Terrible I usually order a ice cap and sweet tea ice machine was down! So I got two sweet teas instead and they both taste like water and light sugar ? I’m actually upset this not even the first time they messed up my order!
Employee wasn't able to provide details on where I needed to go in the app after downloading it to get the timbits for $1, which was a special they had. Employees need more training.
I go here at 4am. The ladies are awesome ?! Food is fast, fresh and quick! Who can ask for more!
Never get it right. Yesterday forgot my Timbits today made my coffee opposite of what I asked. Not everyone wants to take 2 coffee trips to get what they paid for. Getting my money back and will find another location from now on. Management is subpar.
Not bad, only problem I had was going through the drive thru, I don't think they heard me properly... I had to repeat my order 4 times and then again at the window.

Its also very cool that the workers,, well most of them will remember your usual order and name if you've been going there for years, but yes their coffee is ALWAYS fresh Hot and you're back on the road within 10 minutes! 5***** plus!!
