We used the call ahead seating and checked in when we arrived. I was notified to stay comfortable in the car until our table was ready which took less than 5 minutes. We sat down, got our rolls and ordered dinner. The appetizers came our fast and then food was shortly after. All of the staff was friendly and the food was great!
I ordered takeout this particular day. I usually dine in. I think I'll stick with dine in. I ordered double portions so as to have enough for two meals. As you can see in the photos, they must have had a green bean shortage. Even if I had combined the two cups, it still wouldn't have been a full cup. Do they count the individual beans?

The wait was a little long. However, we know this but are always willing to wait. My mom had the cat fish first time she said it was very good and hot. Steak and BBQ good as well. Drinks always great ?. Chris was our waiter. He was Awesome. Very friendly and polite. He informed us when the food would be up. Asked how the food was. We come here often. Never had a problem with food or service. Be willing to wait always a crowd... but worth it.
This location is ALWAYS busy. Understandably so because this is the best location for both food and service. Everything is consistently good. Be prepared to wait… doesn’t matter what time or day it is, this place is packed. Their lemonades and alcohol drinks are very sweet, but that’s just a preference I guess. I don’t like overly sweet drinks but it was a hit with my other guests and looking at other tables, a hit for them too.
Went to Roseville for dinner last night. Another wonderful meal and service is great. We’ve done ToGo order numerous times in the past and have never once had an issue. The quoted times are pretty spot on and easy at pickup. Last night we actually dined in. I did the waitlist check in on the app, and it was perfect timing once I texted back HERE. I watched the servers as they bring out each course of the dinners. This place seems like it has a great system for service. Very friendly workers who truly seem like they enjoy their jobs. Good for this location!!!!
I'm giving my experience at this restaurant a 1 star only because I can't give it a zero star rating. My experience was bad solely due to the manager; Tiffany. I ordered fries with bacon and cheese, but they were plain. The manager offered to remake them, but mentioned it would take three minutes. I was fine with that. I asked for a drink for my inconvenience during my wiat.Tiffany said I would have to pay for it. After about a 10-15 minutes later, Tiffany comes out with what looks to be a half order of fries. I politely requested a refund and let her know I would make a complaint and also let her know she wasn't a good manager. What a waste of time over a menial cost to the restaurant for a drink. She lost more than the cost of what a drink would be, due to me asking for my money back, which she claims takes 3-5 days for an online order to be processed. She offered no receipt showing she processed the refund. I had a her write note stating she processed a refund for me. She said she was helping by writing the note, because I was rude for telling her she was a terrible manager.
For my first time ever going to a Texas Roadhouse, I was beyond pleased. We were seated very quickly. All servers were beyond nice. Manager came to check on our visit. We were given a great selection of tasters for their sides. I thought that was very thoughtful. Kid friendly, me and my youngins will definitely return.
I want give a huge thank you. I was there this passed Saturday 2/5/22 for my son birthday dinner. It was very crowed, but the manager on duty still accommodate my large party, which was 3 tables and a couple of bar seats. She remain calm and very hopeful. The food was good, drinks was good. Most important my son enjoyed it. Shout to the whole staff on Saturday, you guys rock!!!!!!!
