Well where should I even start. Placed an online order. Asked for no tomatoes and of course tomatoes on everything. One of my Chalupas is saugy and wet, just disgusting looking. Meat was extra salty and no sour cream on my $5 mex pizzas. I'm not the type to complain so i came to read the reviews. Looks like I'm not alone. Not coming back to this location until change is made and I recommend you do the same.
Horrible experience. First they didn't have the food we originally came for. Then what we did order was completely different that what we received. Hard tacos we didn't order were completely soggy. Wanted 4 soft supreme got 2 soft, 2 hard, regular. Then my chicken Quesadilla only had chicken in 2 of the 4 slices. $22 dollars down the drain. I was there at 9:45 5/19. Just completely bummed out.
This taco bell making up their own daily hours is getting extremely old. I go there at 755pm thinking I will have no issues but surprise they close at 8pm and they're not willing to take my order through the drive thru as they're only accepting mobile and delivery orders..... but considering they are only open 5 more minutes there is no time for a mobile order. This is probably the 20th time I have gone to this location to them closed while they're supposed to be open.Adjust the hours on your website if you plan to shorten them.
I asked for 3 different food items and they said they didn't have them. Their Baja blast machine was down too when I asked for a Mt.Dew Baja. When we got to the pick up window, I asked for mild sauce. Guess what they were out of mild sauce too. Get home and they didn't even make my order right. Done with that place.
I ask for no tomatoes extra beef in my Crunchwrap EVERYTIME. They always put tomatoes and I pay for extra beef for nothing.. sometimes they forget random ingredients in my crunch wrap. I called and no one answered… not my favorite location…Update: I went through the drive thru and told them what happened and they asked who I spoke to. When telling them I didn’t get a hold of anyone after calling many times, they said they cannot remake my crunch wraps! Horrible customer service
Ordered 4 cheese rollups got 4 spicy potato tacos. My wife can't have those. Also ordered 3 chicken tacos only got 2. First and last time at that location.

Buttttttt out of all the locations this is definitely by far the best. Like did you know that Taco Bell gives out wet hand towelettes???? This location does. How about mints? This location does. Ordered 25 tacos and received 15 sauces or visa versa ordered 2 tacos and received 15 sauces not here. They have common sense. ❤️
The most horrible customer service I have experienced in my 50 years as a customer. The food was absolutely non palatable. The staff was abrupt, disrespectful, discourteous and downright nasty attitudes. The female manager makes excuses for the employees horrible attitudes. Avoid this Toco Bell, customer service from hell at at all cost. This fake food restaurant is not worth the cost.
Messed Up my orders 3 times in a row. Once it was wrapping my burrito 8 times cause it had no beans. Second time was beans on a burrito with no beans. Third time they gave me avocado ranch on a chicken taco when I asked for chipotle cause the person receiving said taco is allergic. Then I get rotten tomatoes. On my no beans burrito there was no meat. My boyfriend has food poisoning and now no one can answer the phone two days in a row. What a joke.
