This is the worst Taco Bell in history. I’ve sworn this place off for years and convince myself to go back because it’s close to my house. They always take forever. They are constantly out of certain things. Or the card reader is down. Or they just plain mess up my order. No straws, sauce etc etc. Some nights a pull up at the drive through and they just tell me they are on break and to come back in 15 minutes. I’ve never had such bad customer service in my life.
I will not return there. I ordered 2 meals which came to a little over $20. They ran out of medium and large drinking cups and would not compensate you because of their shortage. My pop cup was the size I get for my grandson. I had to visit another food facility to get a decent drink. SMH! I should have followed my first mind and left.
Just stopped at this Taco Bell and the staff did a great job! They made a great meal and I appreciate how they got my order right. Good food great staff!
Not good! Wanted a Mexican Pizza which IS listed on the their menu, but when I asked if they had them the response I got was just "NO". So I ordered something else, was asked if I wanted any sauce, I told them hot sauce and the screen displayed hot sauce. Got home with a bag of mild sauce, ruined the meal. Definitely not worth going to EVER AGAIN!!
They state they are open until 2am and even tell you that when you ask. However it literally depends who is working. As we went on Friday at 1am and were told by the lazy female worker that they were only doing doordash orders. Yet I could order through the app but not get my food. I have been there other times at this hour and had no issue. So it really does depend on which person is working. If it's the lazy female then no you can't order food. If you get the upbeat gentlemen then of course they are open you can order.
This location had amazing service for lunch today. There were about 15 people waiting for food when I went inside for my mobile order. A cashier ended up passing out taco coupons. Another employee later on made sure everyone had their drinks for their orders. The main food make was directing traffic on which orders were being worked on. The mood of the workers was so positive and they were working so hard. It made the mood of the customers better. Everyone was being patient. One women had been waiting for 20 minutes to get her food and asked about. The employee asked what her order was, didn't find it and made it immediately without asking questions. I waiting for 25 minutes to get my mobile order and no one was complaining. Positive attitude is infectious. The food was also good. It's tacos and the Mexican pizza is back, so, yeah, tacos.
Pandemic hurt this place bad. Understaffed. Drive thru only open sometimes so you may have to go inside and use the kiosk to order your food. Have patience when going here or don't go. Lastly, check your order before you leave. It's rarely ever correct. Lost plenty of money not checking order until I get home. Missing or wrong items
I went to this location after placing a mobile order. Their system was down so I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order. They did not include a chalupa I ordered that I paid for. I called the store, the phone number played a busy signal. I also ordered a Mexican pizza. The picture down below is how it was packaged. I rarely leave negative reviews, however in this case I had no way to rectify my issue short of going back to the restaurant and waiting in line. The staff was friendly, but they seemed understaffed which is why I gave two stars.
I will forever and always love me some Taco Bell, especially their breakfast. Ughhh! It's literally sooo good, it's practically to die for. This Taco Bell location is definitely one of the better locations in the Roseville area, too. The one and ONLY thing I have to complain about is how Taco Bell actually got rid of the absolutely delicious Mountain Dew Kickstart beverage. I literally can't believe they took that drink off of their menu. That was my favorite drink of all time, and was also one of my main reasons for going to Taco Bell in the first place. Im seriously so upset about this outrage. Taco Bell always does this, too. They always take away really popular items on their menu, and it literally just makes no sense to me whatsoever. But hey, as long as they keep that yummy breakfast food coming, I shall remain happy lol I always get the sausage breakfast crunchwrap and also those scrumptious cinnabon delights. Gotta get that 12 pack every time!
The Taco Bell on 12 Mile and Hayes was amazing tonight. Food was made perfectly, it was hot, staff was friendly and polite. What a true joy to get treated well at a fast food drive thru. The people here could give lessons to some other establishments.
