I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes only to get up to the speaker and have an employee just say " We closed " and then shut the lights off for the entire restaurant including the parking lot while I was still at the speaker. This is the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced at any business. I'm sure nothing will actually happen to improve this place by writing this review because clearly management and ownership don't care that these things happen or they wouldn't happen.
So when I asked if this was everything and they said yes shocker I had to turn right around and go back into the drive-through that was five cars deep maybe check your orders prepare them correctly instead of wasting my time and my precious gas ??OK I’m going to edit my review because they did apologize 1 million times and gave me two coupons for free tacos
Very disappointed, ordered through doordash and then I decided to go pick up order and the guy that answered at Taco Bell was like your food is probably going to be cold?? So then reheat it?? Wow great customer service!
Got trapped in the drive thru, Couldn't even order their System just went down??... cars in front of me and behind me. I had to sit there for 20 minutes
Kindest employees working under tough circumstances. Only 2 people on for the lunch crunch. Yet they stayed pleasant and upbeat!
The one lady with the long name! She is amazing! She's been there FOREVER and is excellent at her job! It's great to see her everytime we come thru! Keep her!
Older white women was very rude in racist. When Manger came to assist he was actually nice for the moment, then when my girl checked her food no $5 box was in the bag we verified with Manger the he was acting funny.
Workers are rude and treat you badly for ordering food at there place of work. Order was wrong of course and was told only a few items were available on the menu and order was still wrong.
So as a door dasher we get paid by how many deliveries can be done. When your staff tells me to pull around and someone will bring the food out to the vehicle. Ten minutes later we call to ask about the order and force us to go through the 25 min wait now in the drive thru. And then your manager decided that they were to good to come to the window. And be completely rude the whole time. Y'all are trash.
If everybody is taking a break at the same time turn the OPEN sign off especially when the drive thru has to keep saying this location is closed for the next 30 to 40 minutes !! Don't waste my time !!
