friendly workers! I dont remember her name but I ordered the Tiktok drink, “Yakult” at starbucks and I messed up ordering. I was at the window when i was about to say it needs to be blended but i forgot and I said nevermind coz I know they charge 50 cents (in the app). She said she could ask to blend it real quick! Amazing customer service consistently. Highly recommend this location!

First Starbucks I've been to in a long time that didn't burn my espresso shots when I ordered a triple.
This is one of the three regular Starbucks I frequent but it rates a close second under my first location. The workers are incredibly sweet and lovely. I had a little minor issue yesterday where my mobile order for my drink somehow got lost in the crazy busy-ness of a Sunday afternoon rush and I just kindly mentioned it to her and she was so extremely sweet and apologetic. I was waiting anyway for another last minute order my friend texted me he wanted so i was waiting anyway and even if I wasn't, those team members work SO hard they don't get nearly enough appreciation. Always love coming here for a guaranteed delicious drink and yummy food!
To the staff holding down the fort at this location while my normal location is closed due to Covid, you guys are awesome! It must be hard dealing with the extra volume of angry customers for the time being. Especially the drive through cashier, I watched as she dealt with a few jerks ahead of me, and still had the strength to take my order incredibly politely and with composure. Thank you for being amazing so inconsiderate people like me can get coffees during these uncertain times, and make our days feel at least a little bit normal.
Usually a regular customer, came in today and didn’t have a card and only had a large bill and a couple singles. The lady that waited on me said if I didn’t have a card I couldn’t get my order because she couldn’t break the larger bill. Which I understand, but she was not the nicest and didn’t even bother to offer something different or a smaller size. Won’t be returning.
First time coming here and they only filled my cup 3/4 full and forgot my whipped cream. Super slow drive thru also
