Asked if I could get a coffee frappe decaf and the older lady told her no we can do decaf coffee frappe with espresso I said doesn’t espresso have caffeine she shook her head yes asked if there was decaf iced coffee she said no I can’t have a lot of caffeine and these people couldn’t even offer anything to satisfy me as a customer. Terrible
The woman who works in the mornings is supposed to be open at 6 a.m. got there at 6:15 she's talking to her friends tells me very rudely that she is not open. Then she proceeded to curse me

Ordered a iced caramel macchiato and when I asked for a straw I was told that they only give straws for Frappuccino’s. If that’s the case then mix my drink up before you serve it because the coffee sits on top of the milk. No one wants to drink this unmixed. So weird.
