Tired of being charged for a splash of soy milk to substitute the milk in the shaken espresso. You need to train your staff on the proper way to charge. If it’s under 4oz it’s a substitution and not an extra charge. Thanks. I’ll change this review when your mask wearing manager gets it right.

SLLOOOWWW 30+min wait last 3 times I came here. They are hiring and my wife applied but they never called yet they don’t have enough staff to serve people in a decent rate. Compare it w Taco Bell where you pull up and they hand you food in 30 seconds

Ad weird as this might seem, I had never been to Starbucks. The confusing ordering, my belief that paying that much for coffer is about status not because the coffee is better, and the fact that I do not like high pressure ordering situations. But, my daughter and I had to wait for an appointment, so I offered to treat. I looked at the online menu ahead of time as did my daughter. We were both overwhelmed. When we arrived we asked for time to look at the menu. It wasn't busy inside so rhat wasn't an issue. My daughter saw something that was pictured that looked good to her and asked for that pointing to the picture. I asked for a really good cup of hot chocolate explaining that I wasn't a dark chocolate fan. I gave her free reign to just make something good. We also ordered a piece if cinnamon coffee cake (1.) The bill was about $15 fir two grande size and the treat. The girl helping us was super nice, the order was quick. I thought ny HC was very good abd my daughter liked her drink. The coffee cake was good but not in a "I have to have it way." End result. I still think the ordering system is very complicated, I still think that is too much to pay for drinks, but at that location I did not feel pressured. My wife makes awesome coffee and I can use flavored creamers to get my unique flavor profile. I guess it's just not for us, but if you like it then this location is probably great. One thing I will mention is that the music seemed iver the too loud. Before you proclaim me old please understand that I have a special music system in my car that I designed myself because I like my music extra loud but clear. I have to use headphones at home because I apparently listen to my music too loud for the rest if the family. The loud music here was different. Too loud for the sound system, too loud to sit and talk, and too loud to order easily. My teen daughter even said it was too much. We sat outside to get some relief.

Lydia is the best employee there she’s so polite and funny I don’t come in often but she remembers my drink order you really make my day when I come in

Went there for a unplanned coffee trip with my mom. It was really nice, the atmosphere is really chill. There was ppl working and reading. It was a really calm, controlled area. It's LGBTQIA+ friendly, and just friendly in general which was nice, so u will see variety in the customers and employees. Oh, and the coffee was SO good! My puppy enjoyed hers to.☺️

Too much of a hit or miss. Whoever the guy is that work Saturday mornings cannot make a caramel Frappuccino. It tastes like nothing but ice! You order extra caramel or whipped cream and you don’t even get it. I’m done with this location

This is my favorite Starbucks , they make the drinks exactly like I order it and always tastes great (yes better than the ones in Rochester, Troy, Royal oak, chesterfield ect), this one is always the best

I have been going to this Starbucks location for years. So often, that I joke that my favorite barista and I are best friends. Come to find out, he absolutely remembers me, my order and my kids. We had a moment to finally chitchat this morning and I told him about a recent accomplishment of mine. I was already so grateful for how well this location and Sam, in particular, takes care of me and my kids (1-3 times weekly on average) and how pleasant our experiences always are and today, he even gave me a gift card to take care of my next drink in congratulations. The absolute kindest soul I have ever met. We all must protect Sam at all costs!The line might look long but, it’s always quick, everyone is always so sweet, its always clean, never a mistake in orders and Sam is an absolute angel.12/10. Highly recommend.

Meh.... the employees might have been having a not so great day. No one spoke, they ignored me until I spoke up. I had been waiting 6 min for anyone to even make eye contact and acknowledged I was there. They didn't have any cold brew so I went with the batista recommended drink. Which was very good.
