We showed up just in time for happy hour which we had no idea was actually going on but it was a pleasant surprise. We hadn't been here in a while. Mixed drinks and tall beers were only $3 and apps were only $5. Definitely recommend the boneless wings the buffalo which they call Buzz have true heat and were great the Island Heat are excellent also the jalapeno are powerful be careful. The Bonsai was our least favorite. The pretzels were great, the cheese they give you is outstanding, a wonderful beer cheese but I forget what beer they make it with. The bartender that served us was on point, quick and friendly. The seats at the bar are extremely comfortable also, great idea, put in super comfy seats and people will stay longer, eat drink more and the business makes more money. Just thought of that because we were very comfortable and probably stayed longer and had one more drink because of it. Anyway definitely try to get your fries well done they come out pretty soggy and sad, I believe their is still free refills on fries also. Might be why they're kinda limp, mass produced. Next time we go maybe an onion ring tower or a burger who knows but looking forward to it.
We went to this restaurant today for our daughter's 6th birthday and had a waitress named Channell, she was absolutely amazing and made our daughters night! We can't thank her enough for her amazing service!
Wonderful visit! Our waitress T was excellent! The 80’s music and decor always makes us smile ? Burgers with unlimited fries & salad was the best way to end a fun day o’ shopping.
Order the Ragin Cajun chicken today for carry out and I took 2 bites and realized that the chicken the chicken is literally half the size of my bun. So I'm paying $13.99 for my sandwich and fries and I don't even get a full piece of chicken. It's literally the size of a small mcchicken from McDonald's. I'm just so disappointed. I hope the people eating inside get a full sandwich...
First impressions are everything. The hostess looked miserable. She mumbled something I can only assume was to follow her. She put the menus in one pile on the table and walked off without a word. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Food was good. I love the garlic fries. Smoke pepper burger was tasty.
We came to Red Robin and noticed a great Happy hour with appetizers and great drinks both alcoholic and non Alcoholic. We ordered and enjoyed our meal which was delicious and asked for the bill. It was much more than we were expecting! We asked for a manager and was greeted by Shyanne a sweet and bubbly person who almost danced when she spoke. She graciously corrected our bill, brought refills and ensured we were good. Good Job! Good service will always weigh towards repeat visits!
Great burgers, great atmosphere. 10 of us came to celebrate my son's birthday. It was a Saturday evening & it was busy however there wasn't a long wait, maybe 15mins and we had our food.Everyone enjoyed their choices, even placed orders to go. Our waitress Cari was absolutely FANTASTIC!! She could easily train others. Her service + Red Robin's food = multiple visits. Red Robin got it right

A restaurant filled with friendly people who unfortunately just stopped caring. I won’t speculate whether that’s due to being overworked or underpaid, but regardless, it’s safe to say this play is poorly managed.Just some quick bullet points…* we were seated for about 10 minutes before anyone came to our table.* we didn’t get silverware, then when my wife asked for some, she’s was brought a single set, for herself.* the two appetizers we ordered were good and came with enough time to enjoy them before our entrees arrived. However, the waitress never offered or attempted to clear the plates or objects that came with the apps (baskets, dipping cups, tower from onion rings).* never offered a refill on our drinks once* I received the wrong burger, my daughter received the wrong item.This is where I come to the opinion that the fault doesn’t really fall on the employees, as managers walked past our table several times seeing mountain of used plates and serving items, the empty glasses, etc. if management can walk past all of this, why would a random waiter do differently?Again, everyone was friendly, however nobody really behaved in a way you’d expect from members of the food service industry. In fact, the only staff member who did, was a busboy who told us to “have a nice night” as we walked out.This entire restaurant is checked out, don’t waste your time or money.
My fiance and I come to this red robin quite frequently, but this time we were disappointed. We waited longer than needed, than normal, to even be greeted by the hostess. There was a line of us waiting to be seated before the hostess came to the front. Our server wasn't very cheerful and wasn't knowledgeable of the menu. We had empty drinks for multiple minutes at a time dispite being the only table with people within the entire section. Our server continued to stay in the back or in the section by the drink machine, not checking on us or cleaning off the tables directly around us piled with dirty dishes from previous patrons. Id be more understanding if they were busy, but around 4pm on a weekday they were anything but busy. The wall between the booths was also very gross.
