The staff was rude and extremely slow. Ordered tacos and the meat was ice cold, tortillas falling apart, missing ingredients. Burrito was the same, ice cold chicken. Tortilla chips were stale and disgusting. When you pay $30 for two items the food should at least be warm and fresh. I would rate this location zero stars. Never going back.
This store is always closed to public. Online orders only. First it was a Covid-19 excuse, then it was a staffing excuse. Now it’s just cause they feel like it. Can’t order guacamole on the website. I worked as a manager for Qdoba for a year and a half and if this was my store I’d be ashamed of myself.
Order (ALWAYS) Chicken Queso Bowl. I’m allergic to corn and beans. I always ask no black beans and to replace the corn salsa with roasted tomato salsa. Usually they hear me, do it no issue and my boyfriend gets the same thing (Chicken Queso bowl) normal. The rice isn’t done in either of the bowls, the first time they didn’t hear me or just forgot right after I said something and put the corn salsa on, no beans though everything was phenomenal besides the corn.. I said something let them know my allergy, they got a little irritated and tossed it the trash to be remade. Meanwhile, I was trying to pay for my boyfriend and I… they remade my bowl, I wasn’t watching them. No corn salsa but no roasted tomato salsa either. I checked when I got into my car because I never heard them say no beans the second time my bowl had to be remade and sure enough THERES BEANS after I stated NO beans I’m allergic the first time. I didn’t want to go back in and request my bowl be made a third time due to the rude reaction of the staff working and fright that I might be charged for making me a third bowl THE RIGHT WAY… mistakes I didn’t make. I’m now sitting here eating something I didn’t want, paid for $20 in food and we can’t enjoy it. Please do better QDOBA.
I don’t know why I tried this location again. Awful food. Kids tacos had the meat just slopped in the to go container like it was launched in there… not even in the taco. Was also cold. Such a shame because other locations are great and I didn’t have either of these issues. Love Qdoba but won’t go back to this location
This store is severely slow, especially at normal meal times. I ordered online, giving almost 45 mins of wiggle room. I still waited 20 mins past my pickup time, AND they forgot part of my order. Then, after calling to complain, the manager literally told me "we'll refund you" AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME in the middle of me trying to talk. Super rude, and I will NEVER go back to that location.
I usually love this qdoba and never had any issues. However, i ordered a veggie bowl today and after eating about 1/3 of it, i tasted something chewy. i thought it was weird because the only chewy thing it could be is meat but i didn’t order any meat. i spit it out and it was a rubber band. It looks like it was mixed in with rice. I’m not sure how this happened but it’s pretty disgusting and who knows where the rubber band has been?
First of all I bought 2 bowls today. Got them home within like 5 minutes and both were cold!!!! Secondly talk about burnt meat. Chicken was burnt and dry as hell. The steak was worst, barely could tell it was steak. I should have known better when I went to the counter and all the employees stopped talking and scattered. No one wanted to even take my order. Who ever runs this location your employees are just trying to chase business out the door. Very disappointed in the service I received and the lack of food quality. After just looking at your reviews and your response you as the owner still haven't taken care of the staffing issues. Lack of caring from all around. The health department should shut you down before someone gets I'll from bad food temperatures. Maybe than you will fix the problem!!!!!!! Your sign should say Qdoba Mexican garbage! Not fresh but burnt and cold!!!!
The food was fine. Doesn't seem as good as it was a few years ago. They were very slow at serving. Took 10 to 15 mins before I even ordered while standing in line.
I don't work in the food industry, but I do know food is supposed to be served at a certain temperature to keep bacteria from growing.I literally just walked out of there with a chicken bowl took my first bite and it was ice cold. I'm not talking about the toppings which should be cold from refrigeration we are talking about the rice the beans the chicken the queso the everything! My fresh bowl was lukewarm.To make matters worse three employees sitting around doing nothing drinking pop, joking around, messing around all the while ice cold food is being served. Way to go team Qdoba.You're consistently pushing your market share to your competitors.
OMG!THE VERY BEST MEXICAN FOOD I'VE EVER EATEN- HANDS DOWN BABY!I got 3 tacos, 2 flour & 1 hard shell. Absolutely PACKED it with all my FAVZ.I dug in so fast, totally didn't even think of taking photos. BUT- next time. Oh yes.
