I'm surprised the hut is still in business. The big dinner box is a favorite of mine while being a great deal.
extremely disappointed. The box didn't even come like the picture. the pizza has some type of sweet tasting sauce on it , the bread was soggy and tasted watered down. the Alfredo was over cooked and nasty. Just horrible. a $5 hot and ready would've been better then this $30 order. I feel robbed.
Called in to place order for delivery and made sure I ask if they delivered to me he put address said it wasn’t showing up my location is nine minutes from this location and he put over to call center and they over talk me and said I was pushed over to them because he didn’t want to tell me they didn’t deliver so I called back and he hung up in my face very rude and unprofessional!!! Never agin if I did have to give them a star to post I wouldn’t
Absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Ordered contactless delivery because I work from home and had a meeting and did not want to be bothered. Delivery person POUNDED on my door so hard that it opened, and continued to do so for 10 minutes. After my meeting I looked on my porch and my food was never delivered. I called the store & the manager said the delivery person did what she was supposed to do and completed the delivery and "How could I believe you? We get scammers all the time." essentially calling me a liar instead of checking with his employee to confirm. Delivery person did end up having to turn around and bring me my items and they were lukewarm and soggy by the time everything arrived. Will never spend money here again.
A large three topping pizza for 10 bucks with great taste, who could ask for more service was fast . I ordered online????

They call it a Spicy Hawaiian chicken pizza. Well I think they forgot to put on the "spicy" part because spicy it was not. As far as all around flavor, VERY BLAND, I've had $1.00 pizzas from the dollar store that had more. So for the unbelievable price of $21+, I'd rather waste my hard earned dollars somewhere else. Oh and a word of advice, stop smoking weed at work, not everyone is fond of the stench of skunk and maybe not being under the influence would improve your ability to make a better tasting pizza. To be specific on the location, it's the one at 14 mile and Gratiot in Roseville, Michigan. Avoid it and spend your $$$ somewhere else.
You can you deliver our order as we ordered it. You forgot our 2 liter pop and marinara sauce. Took almost 2 hours from the time we placed the order to when it was delivered. When we place the order it said 55 minutes. Got a text notification saying it was on the road and waited an additional 35 minutes. Food was cold and soggy. Good luck trying to call. You get a call center and then you are on hold forever. When you finally get to an actual person they blame you for them screwing up the order. Will take may mo ey and my business elsewhere from here on out.
pizza used to be better, now toppings are a joke, ordered extra pepperoni which i had ordered in the past. there was not even as much as the pizza in the picture below in the background of this survey. i even asked at the counter opened box and asked is this extra, he said yes. the other pizza in general was also low on toppings compared to past visits. just lately the pizzas have been eh
