My god, I had no idea pizza could taste bad. The pizza was tasteless, greasy, and the cheese was like plastic. I feel nauseous just thinking about it.By the way, I was baked, so you KNOW the pizza was bad if it was unenticing then.
The ease of ordering through the app was wonderful and showed the countdown of the progress of my order. When I entered the store, I was greeted right away and made to feel welcomed. My order was ready when it was stated to be and was cooked to perfection and tasted as good as it looked. This store was a bit aways from me, but with customer service this good, I'll returning to this location again soon.
the wait is crazy even if u place ur order 1/2 hour in advance... Come on drive thru.. not park n wait

The pie was good but not fresh out the oven hot!Overall the experience was Pizza Hut.Go here and get food.I suggested they put an alertfeature on the app to alert you when the pizza is done.
I just ordered a big box pizza with pink and black hair throughout my food and they wouldn't give me a refund bk instead offered to replace it absolutely not I'll just eat from some where else....don't go to them try another location
Wasn't aware of rewards can only be redeem online. Express this to the customer service i had a free pizza. Got to the store no one cared about my points or rewards. Just no customer service ?I'm glad I don't usually eat this place.
Horrible service! I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years so figured we’d give it a try! Ordered the pepperoni lovers pizza with bacon and banana peppers! The pizza came without ANY pepperoni! Uber eats driver told them why would he deliver to us and the store said just take it to the customer and they can call and complain! The pizza was cold, super thin & zero flavor! Incredibly disappointed!
They were out of ham. And they didn't have enough parm and butter wings. Tasted ok for the most part.
The Pizza Was Alright. It was Warm Not Hot. And The Pizza Was Not Cut I Had To Literally Get A Knife From Kitchen And Cut it My Self ??♂️
