Wife and I wanted to try a couple 30oz charged lemonades. It was 8:00pm on 7/28/22. We went in to order and it was like kids on a playground in there. The lights were off in the kitchen and the employees were drinking sodas and acting like little kids. After standing there for 10-15 minutes, without anyone acknowledging we were there, we left. My wife loves Panera. She gets lunch at the one by her work all the time. This was our first visit to the Roseville location. Don't think we'll be going back to this one, unless this was an unusual experience.
Drink station needs to be cleaned better and the floor in front of the drink station needs to be mopped very sticky,and the floor needs to be vacuumed. Not 100% clean like they're sign says.
Always wanting to eat at Panera at least once a month..soup is good. My daughter always gets her broccoli cheddar soup and my wife, the chicken wild rice. I was surprised they now have pizza which I tried and satisfied my craving for that day. Good choice.
i order from this location frequently (there is no other location within 20 minutes of my house) and literally every single time something is wrong with my order. i work in food service so i am extremely lenient, typically i just accept what i got and move on, i don't complain often, but it's the simplest things being forgotten EVERY SINGLE TIME and it's incredibly frustrating. please start revising orders before you think they're "complete" because they NEVER ARE!!!
Good service. I had a take out order of the new Chicken Citrus Asian crunch salad was just ok for me because of dark meat "chicken thigh" and even though the dressing was on the side there was already sauce throughout the salad. It was fresh and had good flavor but I was expecting chicken breast as usual in my Penera Bread salads. I hope this was helpful
Absolutely horrible, even if you order curbside 30 minutes early it still will not be ready. I ordered at 7:25. Arrived at 7:45/7.50. They said my order was ready waited 10 minutes in a parking spot, went inside just for them to tell me “they’re waiting on bacon”. Definitely won’t be back to this location. I’ve never had an experience like this with any other Panera location.
We ordered online. They did not call to tell us that they were out of sliced turkey. Just made my sandwich without meat. I took it back and asked for a manager. I waited 15 minutes. No one came to talk to me. I called corporate.
I went through the drive through and ordered a iced caramel latte the person who took my order was awesome. However once I got to the window and received my drink it looked weird. It was watery and lighter than normal.But I didn’t think anything of it until after I left and took a sip. I was very disappointed because I don’t get this often and when I finally did it wasn’t the reward I was looking for.
The staff making the food is loud and rude. The gentleman working the pickup counter was polite and helpful. They where out of chips and apples by 11:30am. The delay for food was also quite long about 45 minutes. The pizza looked like it was cooked in a crooked oven. All the cheese and sauce was on one side.
Service is beyond sub par. Any time I've ordered (from their OWN app) I'm missing an item.Service is rude. Done with this Panera. Highly recommend going to any other Panera. The one on Hall Road by 94 is spectacular.
