The food was 5 stars. Fresh and tasty! The demeanor and attitude from the waitress was a zero! We are always understanding of the fact that they and other establishments are short staffed and are ok with the service taking longer. Our server last night started out a little rude and escalated to extremely rude! We actually wanted to order ice cream for dessert. When we tried, the look on her face and her comments told us she was not interested! And then tried to be nice and asked if we were sure when we said forget it, we can go somewhere else. We won’t be back!
So I been to this Coney Island for the first time. I had made my order over the phone. My order was two Pita bread by themselves and a regular chili fries. So when I got to the location they told me that I had to come in an pay for my food when I was in the drive-thru then explained to the young woman at the window that I had my two year old son in the car I wouldn’t be able to come inside is it okay that I pay here. She then went and got the manager he told me that I would have to come inside but still in up giving me a order in the drive-thru. Im upset because my order wasn’t right the order I received was chilli fries and a Guy row. I’m never coming back to this Coney Island again.
I took my granddaughters to lunch. We couldn't decide on breakfast or lunch. Our server was very patient and attentive. Food was delicious as always served in a timely fashion, once we decided! Monica was the best! We hope she is there the next time we stop in. Although I must say we always had good food and service at this location.
I ordered a carryout. Food was nasty and they forgot my salad. Also the cheese fries were a complete joke. They put an extremely small amount of cheese on there they might as well have left it off and they were cold and limp. The waitress was rude when I called up there to ask a simple question. They only gave us 2 ranches for 3 chicken dinners?? They need to use some common sense and learn how to cook. I could have done better than that. We will not be going back!
Loved it what a nice location very clean and friendly service. Food was pipping hot and fast. Everything made to order. Then them fries super crispy yet not hard made just right!

The food was just ok. I went to grab breakfast for my daughter and I. When the food was done, the cashier said we were all set. Our toast was missing out of the bag. We had to turn around and wait an additional 5 minutes just for toast. Then when I got home I had egg shell in my omelet. The toast was overcooked. I am not happy with this experience at all.
Had a terrific waitress, service was wonderful and food was great. It was nice to have such good dining experience!
I only order carryout; they always get my order correct. They're nice people & I prefer this national Coney Island over any other in my area!
