I was taken to my section....the waitress was taking a order at the table right where I was seated. They seat three more tables after me....the waitress took the order for the opl ahead of me. Then she proceeded to take 2 other ppl seated after me. As if I wasn't there. I walked out. Terrible service
First time here. Customer service good, our waitress exhibited a huge smile , and her attentiveness to customers were awesome. Our food was delicious and plentiful. Clean facility. Highly recommend.
I ordered online a plain hot dog, mozzarella sticks with ranch, fries w pepper jack and bacon bits. I went through the drive thru waited 25 minutes just to be yelled at to come in to receive my food. When I got home and opened the food it was ice cold despite me coming to the restaurant on time of my estimated food being completed. I was missing my ranch and the fries were incorrect, I received chili cheese fries. I would of called to complain but by the time I got home they would of been closing already. I would like a refund back on the card I paid for my order with. This is ridiculous. I don’t want to waste money on a cold incorrect order.
The drive-thru was absolutely fantastic on March 19th. The best customer service I have had in a long time! The lady who work around 6pm was perfect!!! The cooks were perfect as well!
Service was quick, food was delicious and plentiful...great value for what i spent! Always love this restaurant, been going here for years!

I use the drive-thru fairly regularly. Always friendly & the food is great - love the hamburger, hot dog, fries and chicken lemon rice soup. Great job!
Took my mom here for lunch. Four tables in the whole restaurant and we sat for 10 minutes without a waitress. Another table came in, sat down and was immediately greeted. 3 of the 4 waitresses were too busy making eyes at a guy at the counter to do their job. Such a shame.
Not good at all. Toast was burnt . I got an omelette.. my bf got ham- bacon- and chicken tenders (he liked his food ) minus the tenders. Tender very dry and omelet was just gross. Half slap of American cheese on top not melted as well. Service was okay place need a better job with cleaning. Will not return.
