I did curbside order at this branch at around 10:30 this morning! I realized 15 mins had passed so I decided to go to the drive-thru to ask what happened, only to know that they didn't have my orders. It took me 25 MINUTES to get my curbside order!
The dude their is the best. This chick tho Got a bad A attitude and NEEDS to check herself b4 she wrecks herself. needless to say I didn't want spit in my drink so, I will be going to the one on Groesbeck.
This McDonald’s is a joke. Waited while they took my order three times in the outside lane. Never rang me up but I watched 5 cars go ahead of me in the other lane then they said to just wait in line. Horrible service
Pretty good McDonald's if you need something but on a tight budget. It's McDonald's, so don't expect it to be crazy delicious.The staff are very nice to work with both the cashiers and server. I also love their kiosk stand where you can order that way.The reason why I gave four stars is because my food was a little cold, but I simply requested for it to be heated up and they did it with no questions asked, making me happy for that.I will definitely come back to this McDonald's for what meal time it is whenever I am craving for something or whatever my situation is for something cheap yet good food.
Slower service but good food. Every fast food restaurant is backed up lately though.. No one wants to work.
I ordered 3 meals tonight. I had to go inside because they were not taking credit or debit payments in the drive thru. You had to use the kiosk because there was no one at the counter to take your order. All 3 of my meals were either old or not cooked properly. I tried calling the location to complain, but no one is answering the phone. This location has been going downhill for quite some time. This is not our first time having an issue with either the food or rhe lack of customer service skills. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is the 1st time that i wasted all of my money because none of us was able to eat our food. I won't be going here anymore.

The nice young man who took my order at the 17 and van Dyke establishment didn't do anything wrong with my order. I misplaced my card to Pay and pulled away until I found my card. When I found it I gave it to the young man and apologized for the inconvenience that I had caused. He said it was OK and no worries, but the girl who kept talking to him as I waited made it seem like a problem. She ended up giving me my order and as I explained that it wasn't the young man's fault, she gave me an attitude and said I don't know what you're talking about, good night
The line wasn't long, the service was sufficient, the price was about that you'd expect, and the McGriddle's were pretty good.
You people are just lazy so you experience typical drive thru waits. Every time I go here I go inside- food is always fresh, hot and quick. Don’t even wait 10 minutes for the food, maybe 5 minutes at most!
