This location is severely overpriced. I ordered 2 sausage burritos not the combo and the total was $4.54. I ordered the exact same thing from the location on Garfield road and the total was $2.52. To top it off they didnt give me the receipt when I paid and wanted me to pull around to wait on the receipt instead of walking 5 steps to get it. Terrible service and overpriced. Last time at this location.
Lazy, unprofessional people work here. Keeping me waiting for just a large fry for 14 min and no sorry. Very manner less employee.
By far the worst macdonalds In a 10 mile radius. If you want your food to never be made right and or be treated like a nobody then by all means go here. They will never make it how you ask and will never be polite with you. Is it who runs the business or just young kids today with the absolute worst WORK ethic EVER !Phones and social media have absolutely destroyed the youth that grew up with them cause they're all apathetic with whatever job they perform. Shows the quality of everything going forward in this country.Edit: young lady ringing up was very sweet and nice. Everyone else sounded like a zombie
I’ve never had an issue with rude staff. Every time I’ve went the staff is friendly and quick. My drive thru orders have all been correct to date. But, if I run into rude staff or if they start to mess up my orders then I’ll be back to lower the rating and rant about it lol. Glad my orders are always correct *shrugs*
Most of the time I always get somebody nice and chipper through the drive-thru, fries are fresh as always
My food was hot, and my order was correct. They do not have a self-serve beverage bar any longer, and refills on drinks are a dollar apiece. Restaurant was clean and cheerfully decorated.
I would never go back to location again the cashier through the drive thru was EXTRA RUDE while I was placing my order he told rattle along with my order among other stuff so while I waited in line I called and talk to the manager jaylin I think that what he told me his name was he told me he would handle it but he didn't once I pick up my food the rude cashier was up there I said to him there was no need to be disrespectful then he look at me and smirk like it was a joke my blood was boiling ?
Had to return chicken sandwich, which was not a problem. Great service! Very friendly staff.
speedy service , but something is wrong with the food, the last 3 times I ate here I threw up and I said the last 3 just to make sure it wasn't me, tasted good but made me super sick won't be coming here anymore. the workers at the 2nd window always have attitudes, very unprofessional
Cant even build a sandwich right, got a big mac that was all staggered and falling apart but yet they want 15 per hour not to mention they can’t even get their orders right
