Too busy worrying about taking pictures then taking my order. Finally get someone then ask for gift card he tells someone else, and that person does nothing. Had to walk out and go to another location.
Good hot food good strawberry smoothie and coffee drinks clean comfortable seating areas Great service even though they were very busy!
Drive thru was a little busy but went smoothly. Not too long of a wait. But as usual there were issues with the app and their registers not giving the same price.
Went here on my lunch break - absolute worst service I’ve experienced, from any restaurant. Waited at the speaker for 10 minutes while three cars were helped at the other one, I wasn’t addressed until after I honked twice. The person taking my order was very rude, I was then charged for the wrong order and given the wrong food, waited for the correct order and was never apologized to.I would highly suggest not going to this location, seems like they need better management.
Just go to a different Mcdonalds , this place will forget your sauce, hash browns. Hell they'll forget to hand you a straw for the drink you just ordered, lord forbid them to count the items in the bag so be sure to count your items and all ur food before you drive off the window because theyll make you wait even longer when you tell them they made a mistake as If they are children upset because you told them they did a boo boo... Pathetic employees and terrible customer service mixed with greasy stale fries that were cooked 2+ hours ago in bulk as if you were shopping at Costco, never again will I go here, the owner who owns these few franchise in the area could give 2 shi!ts less about your surveys or experience, so google will get it all , no holding back anymore, this place is garbage, plain and simple
Cierra the current manager is always polite & pleasant. I visited today & asked everything to be cooked to order. No complaints. Keep up the good teamwork.
Only McDonald's in 15 mile radius that actually has milkshakes! And the best, freshest fries! ? worth going the extra miles to come to this location!
This is the first good McDonald's meal I've had in years. The fries were perfectly golden brown with the right amount of salt on them! It seemed as though that filet of fish was made just for me.
Rude employees I work in fast food and this is far one the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too, there service is terrible, there lines are long and then they messed up my order more then once and when I call and complain they just hang up. NEVER EVER COMING BACK
13 Mile & Harper McDonald's in St Clair Shores MI really rocks! Never a stale breakfast biscuit the staff are nice, wait times in drive through are reasonable considering the Covid times here and most people are still using the drive through.
