I really hate going to this McDonald's its always a line and most of the time they miss something in our order or dont get our order right, for instance we ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget woth ranch and sweet and sour sauce and we didnt get a single sauce. Overall this place does make good food if they can figure it out.
I was i bit disappointed all my food was cold right out of the drive thru. Cold fries cold sandwich. It was not even busy for me to get cold food smh
Been coming here for a very long time and unfortunately the new girl Lisa in the Drive-Thru line thinks it's okay to try and steal my money. Had to argue with her for 2 minutes before she would even call the manager even though asking repeatedly. Continue to argue with me all over a penny
I really like this store. Fast, friendly service. They haven't messed up my order since I discovered this location (6 mos). My fries are always hot. The line isn't usually very long like other stores & the wait time isn't too bad, either!
I mean... its fast food. It's a hit or miss if they get your order right. This time around I asked for a bun with no seeds due to having diverticulitis and unable to eat seeds without immense pain. Well, they gave me a seeded bun so miss.
Food is usually fresh however customer service on some shift s could use some improvement but my biggest disappointment overall is there a McDonald's started out as a family place will you can get a good meal for low price I got a Big Mac meal the other day and it cost me $10 $10 for a burger Fry's and a drink if it's the covid I will not be back until cope it is over I cannot imagine a family good morning to eating a meal for $10 a person this is definitely not the McDonald's most of us grew up with
I had been craving a fish sandwich and HI' C orange my food was good but the size of the sandwich surprised me because it was a lot smaller than what I remembered but that taste was still the same. Thank You!
Said 24hours went here at 1am, all lights were on but no one answered the drive thru. Turns out it was open but the person was just not answering... But this McDonalds has always been terrible so not a huge let down.
Always happy with our meals when we visit this location. Everything moves quickly and staff in kind and always have a smile
This used to be the place to get great customer service, now they are the worst. They don't greet you, actually they don't talk to you at all: just stick their hand out the window. Customer service is EVERYTHING, and I'll find a different location to hit every morning. This morning both women at the windows were so rude, and one was the manager!
