I have always had positive experiences at this KFC. The place needs an overhaul as far as appearance goes. Order online, always great experiences.
The young ladies and the manager would not honor in there $24 chicken thing instead they were trying to sell $34 of all white meat cuz they said they had no dark meat instead of compensating me and being speaking nasty towards me and I will never go back to KFC on Gratiot and Roseville
food was hot but the staff was RUDE!!!! can in to 0lace and order and there was two ladys in front of me, so the young lady came around corner and Sen thre of standing there and said DAM, The Manger then said to her do you have alot of door dash orders and before she could reply he said to us you guys have togo threw the drive threw but nobody was talking to us but they where talking about us we all turned around and left , I couldn't leave I was picking up the food for my sick aunt and she wanted the mash potatoes. then I got my food from the drive threw and the young lady just gave me a dirty look and stared at me until I pull off because I said to manager before I left we have been standing here and nobody is acknowledged us but we can hear you talking about us. never going back
The food was just fine, actually one of the best KFC biscuits I've had. I ordered through the app, and when I got there they said I couldn't pick up my order in the drive thru, I had to come in to pick it up. There was only one other car in line, so not busy. Doesn't this defeat the purpose or ordering online? I'm looking for FAST food. Parking and going inside is not my idea of fast.
Had a great experience here! The line was long, but the THREE people inside had the line going at a great pace. Shout out to Ms. Angie at the window for doing a great job handling the drive through orders AND window!
Hot and fast. I always tell them to make sure my chicken fresh because i have had bad experiences here. But they do replaceit and try yo fix mess ups
I Have been to this Location several times, Always Been Friendly, Always gotten what I ordered, Always been through the Drive Through, I have no complaints only Compliments, Keep up good work KFC
Lady taking the order had a nasty attitude and my Pepsi is 99% ice. The fries always taste like they’re reusing the chicken grease for the fries
I was shocked actually... The staff was super, the line was short, they got my food out quickly, EVERYTHING I needed & asked for was ALREADY in the bag... ?? (Seems odd right? It was unusually pleasant for being the " drive-thru ") Very pleased with everything. Good job KFC!
Today KFC wasn't crowded the cashier was nice. I ordered 8 piece spicy chicken and large mashed potatoes. Chicken was fresh and on point I'm very impressed and will be returning. I used my voucher as well.This was my 1st time at this location will visit again soon.?
