First time trying this location & my experience was amazing
When they first opened up I was super excited to try them out. I was thrown off how rude the workers were. I thought I try again another time well today I thought prefect subs sounds good to have. Again the coworkers were giving attitudes acting like they don't wanna be there to work. It's very awkward.

The staff working around 5:30 pm on 2/21/2022 did an excellent job! I had a problem customer in front of me giving the manager on duty some trouble and he handle it very well, respectful and very patient. The other staff members went around and helped me with great customer service. Restaurants have policies and customer should understand that. To give young staff that showed up to work in such a hard time where everyone is so understaffed is just uncalled for. LET'S BE KIND TO THE STAFF THAT SHOWED UP. Good job to the team here! They are working hard with a smile!
Stopped in at the Roseville location on Thursday, March 17. This was actually my first time visiting Jersey Mike's, however all of coworkers rave about your subs and they rave about this location. I had to scramble for lunch, as my original lunch that I ordered was so off that I tossed it away and was about to not eat, until my coworker told me to come here. Obviously, I was mad after what happened about lunch and Rick was so amazing. He asked me how my day was going and I explained to him the whole story (at first I thought he wouldn't care, like most places these days), bit he caught me off guard. He asked if I could give a few suggestions and even after that I couldn't make up my mind. So he asked me if I wanted a hot or cold sub and I told him hot. He said, he would make me the 45. Chipotle steak (I may have the number wrong). He made the sub extremely fast and when he brought it down to the register, he told me I was all set. I go "I have to pay still." He said, that after the whole problem with my original lunch, he was going to be giving me his employee meal. I was completely caught off guard by this generous offer and he wasn't taking no for an answer. It brought tears to my eyes. After getting back to work, I ate the sub and it was so delicious, and the steak was juicy. Thank you for the amazing lunch. Rick is an amazing person with a generous heart and he better be around for a long time. I highly recommend Jersey Mike's and this location.

Bread was really hard. I refused to eat the sandwich. Never will be returning to this location.
Eat here for lunch on a weekly basis and it’s always hot fresh and consistent. Keep up the good work.
