This place was amazing I give it 5 stars! Service was wondering waitress Ciara was very polite and kept a wonderful smile on her face. Food was amazing and tasty. I would recommend having breakfast lunch and dinner here. FYI I had breakfast and it was really good
Staff was very friendly and food was good. Understanding they are likely still short staffed from pandemic the wait was a little long for the amount of people. However the personality of the server made up for it and the place was clean.
We went on Father’s Day and it took 30mins for us to be seated. Then it took 30 minutes to get our drinks. And they were the wrong drinks. There was barely anyone working and not too many customers but everything took so long. We asked for milkshakes and we never received them. They messed up a burger and when asked to remake it, they brought out the same burger with same things wrong with it. Didn’t even get the right type of burger. Asked for bacon cheeseburger no sauce. Got a cheeseburger with sauce 2 times and no tomato (like how it’s supposed to go on it). So had to wait another 30 minutes to get food just about the time we had to leave to see family. My son’s chicken tenders were burnt and too hard he couldn’t even eat his food. None of us ate our food because had to wait so long or wasn’t cooked right. Heard staff swearing and arguing with another. Heard cook yell at our waiter about being mad that the burger was wrong and saw her re-give him same burger and yelled about it. Asked a waitress why it said on the receipt the burger twice and she said she would fix it then she left and never told manager about it. My fiancé said the men’s bathroom was nasty and didn’t have a door or toilet was clogged and all gross. I told someone of this and they said, “there is nothing we can do.” Luckily the manager was so nice he took $20 off bill. Wouldn’t recommend. Only thing good about the experience was the manager taking it off the bill.
Well I dined in the service was friendly and a lot faster than the previous time. The floor was extremely dirty but it was being cleaned as we waited for our food. I also asked for my steak burger to be well done, it was pink so they took it off my bill. I was hungry after I left and irritated. A few days earlier I called my order in and a man kept hanging up on me as I ordered. So I came in to order and they apologized.
The service that was experienced today was not a five star experience. The food was delicious, however it took way to long to be seated. When walking in we were told to wait for a phone call once there was a table available for service. After waiting in a car for 45 minutes we finally called the store to see if there was still a wait. Summing it up the story food was good, the wait was too long. The waiter Bree shouldn’t still be here due to how great her service was towards us.
Great service even though they were super backed up, the waitress, Bre is her name was probably the coolest one I've dealt with in ages, super sweet, real and just overall amazing! Thanks girl for a great breakfast experience!
I feel like a 7 year old made my omelette, at least that’s what it suppose to been anyway! I could’ve scrambled eggs and bacon together at the home also had to wait an extra 30 mins after placing an online order. No one was even at the counter to greet ppl! Won’t be returns fs
Small but it's cool there not the best location but it's good that it's there. Waitresses are nice I had a great waiter when I was there. I spent like $12 on a meal. Not that expensive always cook at home nothing u can't do
My little family came here on a weekend. It was the evening. There was only one server that night and they just had a huge 30 top split between 3 severs from the afternoon shift. I had come after the people left, but the mess was still there. It seemed like the lone sever, who came in while that chaos was happening, was struggling to keep up with hosting, the floor and her closing and restocking duties. She did it well. I am just observant and notice things most people don't. Closing the front of resturaunt is a job for 3 separate people. I don't think that much pressure should be put on one person. Not without being paid accordingly. She did the best with what she had. Being as though the adults in my party has worked in the food business before, we were patient with her just as she was patient to us. Everything was still out in a good pace and refills happened as needed without asking. It's a shame that a majority of resturaunt wait staff rely on tips to make their money because I did not have to money to tip what it the experience was worth. 5 stars for the service. 0 stars to corporate and capitalism greed.
Ordered curbside pick up and got the exact opposite. I must have dialed the number 3 or 4 times no one answered! Then when I finally went inside to get my order, there was like 3 people already waiting to talk to someone, and the staff just stared at us while they continued to serve the dine in customers. Took a good 15 minutes before someone came over to take our names to check on our orders. Once I finally got my order, the food food was luke warm/cold :(. Never again will I order or eat take out there.
