I order food yesterday and I noticed nobody used gloves as they touched the food, I watched a lady with black hair and glasses doing the sub line touch food with her bare hands then proceeded touch electronics they have in the back. I asked a young lady in the front are they required to wear gloves she said yes, then I explained to her nobody is using gloves in the back she said she would talk to her but she didn’t even ask who I was referring to. Will not be ordering from here again.
Worse pizza ever. Asked for light sauce. Too much sauce on it didn’t seem cooked all the way.Got the mix and match 6.99 each which wasn’t that price. Don’t know what happened use to enjoy their food.
They have the best flatbread subs (like a deli boat from Jet's) the mushroom steak and cheese is my absolute favorite from anywhere. Their pizza is great too. Download the app for ease of purchase. So so good!!!
Best pizza I've ever had. Order it often. It looks good and taste good the different flavor crust are great and they work fast .
we ordered carryout large deep dish double cheese and pepperoni. pizza was burned and crust black. this is pathetic

I ordered the 2 large pizza single toppings, pepperoni on one,and on the other Italian sausage,I must say that they got my order correct,but I'm trying to figure out what the hell they did to the Italian sausage, it's either the cheapest sausage I've ever eaten,or they gave me bad(rotten) sausage, I will never go to the Fraser store again, in fact I don't think I ever want to eat Italian sausage again.. sorry guys I'm going back to Pizza Hut
Called at 4:30 for my pizza to be ready at 7:30, showed up at 730 and they told me it would be 45 extra mins because they haven’t started making my pizzas I called in 3 hours ago. Still waiting on a refund on my debit card… will call today to make sure I get my refund. This place is a joke. Called the hungry howies at 12 and Utica and my pizzas were done with in the hour. Thanks 12 and Utica.
