my friend and I had a coupon for a free sub at this place so we thought we'd try it out. now I know why it was free. you're better off getting a gas station sub and it being better.
Was at the shop just north of 696 on the west side of Gratiot it was absolutely fabulous we had two subs one brisket one turkey bacon we also had a side of chili and a side of macaroni and cheese it was off the charts I will definitely be back and also recommend it to friends! And the staff was extremely friendly! Thanks guys great job
This Firehouse is the bomb, and the owner is a great guy. If you haven't been here, you need to check out the meatball and the brisket sub's! Chronic.
My sub was awesome as usual my only complaint is my side salad which in the past has always been shredded lettuce which I prefer, but this time the salad was not shredded but big chunky pieces of romain. This is the reason I only gave 4 stars.
Incredibly disappointing too see that you are still observing the 6ft rule in your restaurant. Hardly any tables in there too sit and eat but yet the employees are making the food with no masks on?! Where is the common sense at? Will never return.
Amazing food. Friendly staff. Clean and stocked well. For sure on my list of top 5 fast fresh food spots.
We tried just about every sub on the menu. Our favorite thing though was surprisingly the Mac and cheese! It was delicious. Most of the sandwiches didn’t have enough meat to bread. If you get the beef bbq brisket, add the Mac and cheese to it. Game changer! Club was pretty good and leftover sandwiches were not soggy the next day. My guests liked the meatball sub. A bit pricy for the amount of meat that is in some of the sandwiches, but overall good
I went here, but didnt go in this time. Went elsewhere. However I have been here many of times and I love it! Great place to eat.
This is the best sub shop. I have always loved meatball subs and Firehouse is one of the few sub shops that offers them and they are spectacular. Get a meatball sub from Firehouse you’ll be glad you did.Frank
The sub sandwiches were AWESOMELY DELICIOUS, it was my 1st visit will go back. The staff and atmosphere was Friendly, makes you want 2 come back and have lunch with friends.?
