Nice local fast food place. Never a long wait, staff is freindly, and the food is better than most of the alternatives. Overall, definitely will go again
Ordered (2) Large Nachos and (2) Del Tacos, asked if I could please have extra Hot Sauce.....the lady told me she could only give me (1) per item, it was company policy = 4 hot sauce packets TOTAL!!! REALLY??? Well guess what??? I asked for my money back and left...now you REALLY lost $ and a frequent customer instead of being kind enough to give me just a "few" extra hot sauce packets!!! Thanks Del Taco ? my loyalty with you has ended!!!
MANAGEMENT WAS NOT FRIENDLY ON GRATIOT BY MACOMB MALL. WE ARE REPEAT CUSTOMERS. THIS MANAGER WAS NEW. OTHER STAFF MEMBERS WERE EFFERVESCENT, UNFORTUNATE WHEN LIONS ARE LED BY SHEEP! WE DID A VIDEO REPORT ... WE MET THE OWNERS A FEW YEARS BACK IN DETROIT ON VETERANS DAY AT THE APPLEBEES ON 8MILE AND M1. WE ARE SURE THIS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Do NOT come here late ESPECIALLY IF YOU DOORDASH. YOU WILL BE HERE AN HOUR WAITING in the drive thru and there's no open door for delivery people!! So either you have to cancel and your percentage goes down...or you lose $20 in gas and other orders you could've completed in that hour!! An HOUR WE WAITED TO GET TO THE SPEAKER ALONE THATS AWFUL. They Say they only had 4 people..I saw Burger King operate 10x faster with 2! Just....NOOO
Terrible experience here. Pre- ordered through the app still had to wait for food. Ignored by the people there until cashier saw me. Listened to manager talk just off to my left with fellow employee about personal issues while I am waiting to be waited on. Food was awful burrito was super salty. In fact avoid any fast food gratiot and Roseville area! Every place i have gone too along Gratiot has given me a bad experience!
I came in yesterday night and the lady working drive thru took my order. I ordered a large cheese cake bites. I asked her if she could please make them fresh and she caught an attitude and told me that her cheese cake bites are always made fresh. That they just drop them in the fryer. I told her I understand, but I wanted them well done because I use to work there and I know how they are about there window time. I honestly was going to drive off because I had a bad feeling especially the way she talked to me was very rude and unprofessional but my girl told me noo that they will be fine and guess what few hours later I woke up to food poisoning. To the higher management Brooke and miss Sheridan please do something about it. This should never happen to a customer.
This is one of the best Taco places to eat, in my opinion. It's way better than Taco Bell as well as better priced

Drive-thru was fast and the service was great! My boyfriend and I got burritos and they were awesome.
Tacos are tasty, and the fries are pretty good, too. An overall good experience. I shall return. ?
