I always order doordash from this location, and occasionally come in to purchase a custom cake for anniversaries and birthdays. I love this store so much--the food is fresh, the employees work so hard, and everyone is unbelievably friendly. I have never had one problem with my order, everything is packaged neatly and the food is super fresh! Big shout out to the wonderful people who provide excellent customer service. I work in the food industry and I know it's been a difficult few years with the pandemic and staff shortages, but these employees deserve the best pay and treatment. Appreciate the kind person who always leaves a smiley face on my doordash order! If you ever stop by this location, please tip these wonderful employees!
We ordered malts and got blizzards.We drove out drive thru line was super long.Manager asked why was she giving me back money been making them all day.Gave me back my money told me don't I come back anymore.Next time I go around don't come inside.Well I knocked on the door.And you're sound stupid if you think I'm going back around to the window.This incident happened a few weeks ago. I'm just getting around to giving a review. I won't ever return to this place.
Mmmmmmm. Where do I start!?!? The service was great, they were so nice and polite. The food came right out and it was delicious ?. Just so you are aware they are currently doing Drive-thru only. But the food still comes out quickly and hot. Great job everyone!
Hey it's a Dairy Queen... The place seems to be kept fairly clean. The staff was friendly and seemed to be well managed. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a Dairy Queen.
Used to be my favorite Dairy Queen in the area til they started doing drive thru only and it’s a long line in that tiny parking lot every time I go. I go to the one in warren now they dont have drive thru but they move a lot faster. Open back the inside! Covid was 2 years ago!Edit: PICK UP and TAKE OUT is still an option every where else including other diary Queens. U mean to tell me this the only one closing down the inside because they worried about health and safety? Isn’t this a franchise business?

I'm wondering if there is new ownership or management. I've been coming here for years but it has been a few months since today's visit and it was just terrible. We ordered 3 items and they were all either incorrect or tasted terrible. They completely made a different blizzard than my son requested so he was disappointed, my blizzard tasted really off like maybe stale or toppings of a way way lesser quality, and the fries should have been thrown out hours before we got there. The fries were all dried out, cold, and stale, just not even edible. I called to report it to the manager and he could not even fully understand what I was saying so it seems he does not speak English very well. That must make it difficult to manage a restaurant where English is the primary language. Very frustrating. Makes me sad but I won't be going to this location any longer.
The lady over the speaker was very polite. I ordered a blizzard and a four-piece chicken meal. Both were ready for me when I reached the window. The chicken and fries were hot, which proved to me how fresh they were. I worked at a Dairy Queen Grill and Chill for nine months, and I can tell you that this location provided me with an OUTSTANDING experience! Fries are fresh for such a short time frame, therefore, I was impressed with their quality. Please keep up the great work! Finally, the prices were very reasonable compared to the prior DQ I worked at.
Order 3 double cheese burgers and 1 single cheese burger any ice cream carryout for our family all 4 cheese burgers where UNDER COOKED and RAW MEAT.... spent 37$ .....I've ate here for 20 years since NEW OWNERS WE WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN...
this is worst place i’ve ever gone to!!! i ordered 2 blizzards and when i went to pay for my food and the “manager” wiped up the dirty counter and threw the napkins in my bag with my ice cream so i asked them to remake it.. they remade it & gave me the wrong items.. then after that i asked for a refund and the “manager” told me he wouldnt remake it because that would be the 3rd time so he said i either have to give him my blizzard or i don’t get the money LMAO… so i gave him my food back & he literally threw the money through the window of my car at me!! definitely negative 2639 stars out of 5 and would not recommend the customer service is absolutely terrible!!
